From Remnants of the Earth
The remnants of a once great Aedolisian city located near the mountains, shattered glass, steel, and concrete are all that remain now. A few buildings still stand, long since looted and defaced by delinquents, but other than that it's a ghost town, save for the occasional wanderer and the creatures that prowl the wreckage. This is what happens to those that resist the Network.
