Ipollius
From Remnants of the Earth
Ipollius is the remnants of a once great Aedolian city located near the mountains. Shattered glass, steel, and concrete are all that remain now. A few buildings still stand, long since looted and defaced by delinquents, but other than that it's a ghost town save for the occasional wanderer and the creatures that prowl the wreckage.
This is what happens to those that resist the Network.
