"That may be helpful", Trotzige Schwert answered, "It would certainly give us some history to go on should an investigation be deemed advisable. Mind if I slip into something a little more comfortable?", she asked, as much to lighten the mood as to request permission to transport one of her bodies on board.
<I've already sent over a case with a suitable body. Just need permission to bring her aboard.>, Adelheid advised.

The story intrigued the AI. "A lone fighter managed to take down a capitol ship? Seems a bit... unbelievable. What was the fighter equipped with?", she asked, her tone one of equal parts amazement and disbelief.
<I recall reading about a similar feat during the Human-Draconian War, but humans don't live that long, do they? Think this ace could be a descendant?>, Adelheid asked.
"I doubt it. That ace died in the war, and the Union barely sends ships outside of their fleets' systems, let alone other galaxies. Unless one of her descendants was a pirate, it doesn't seem likely. I'd say it was crew incompetence, but there should have been AI's aboard. Permission to make a recommendation?"
<Granted.>
"I'm thinking it might be worth trying to locate this ace. At the very least, he'd be able to give us valuable intel on the Aedolian military, not to mention the Alliance would welcome someone of his caliber. Such an investigation might also lead us to a witness that could sort out the issue of this ship's... inconsistencies, assuming I've correctly guessed where this story is leading.". TZ's tone was meant as an invitation for White Dawn to be more explicit with what she was implying.
<Noted. Get me something more solid, and I'll run it by the Council. I've been considering requesting heavier escort anyway, given that the Warmonger and Avarice are operating in the system. It may help lean things in our favor.>, Adelheid, catching on to TZ's intentions, responded.
