Physical Description
She was designed to be a naturally born super soldier, among her intended uses would be infiltration and assassination, as such her parents where genemodified to possess an elfs natural beauty, while still holding the build of a human.
Some very small part of her genetic makeup comes from the starstrider elves, which have one distinct change on her compared to others. She possesses their sharp medium sized canines, as well as the sharp premolars.
Her cells activated in such a way that her skin is always smooth and doesn't allow for scarring or other otherwice natural marks. With an orcs strength she have defined mouscles, but not so much that it would negate her beauty.
Her designer hair would be brown and long for various braids, to boost her natural beauty and entrance others. We however know that what was intended for her never came to pass, she have dyed it black with neon green highlight in a short mohawk style.
As with her hair, her eyecolor was designed with beauty in mind, both grey and green viewed attractive due to rarity. Her eyes vibrant green with specks of grey scattered about.
From the feet up, she wear knee high leatherboots, cargo pants, tank top, motorbike gloves, leather bracers and a hooded leather jacket that reaches her heels, all black.
Personality
As with everything else Nesha Tau, they had plans for her personality that never came to fruitition. They intended to condition perfect loyalty into her, she would keep her words few among superiors and using a silver tongue when she was on a non combat battlefield.
Instead she developed a honest trait, a rude, crude trait, she says the truth no matter who or what gets hurt. She approaches anything with a no-nonsense attitude, simple, straightforward. Almost transparent, you always know where you have her, what she wants or needs, because she will say as much.

Her genetic code is naturally enhanced to make her faster, stronger and more agile then other members of her race, which would technically be humans.

Her power is personal, extending to anything connected to her, touch based.
Combat Intuition
She instinctively understands how to move, how to fight, though this doesn't mean that she can't lose. If you use a master martial artist as an example, they might fight well but they can lose just as anyone.
Relationships
History
She was designed to be a supersoldier, naturally born, meaning they didn't do anything to her but plan how to condition her mind. Instead the traits that would make her into a supersoldier where to be passed down from her parents who died by breaking apart from too much genetic changes. They did however do one thing good before their deaths, they freed Jack Rho, Nesha's guardian and in turn freed her from a fate worse then death.
She always fellt sad when he left her at a normal household, but he always returned when she threw a tantrum, the normal family where not equipped to handle her augumented speed and strength.
They spent the years traveling, doing a bit of everything to pay for Nesha's food and other necessities. They wound up mercenaries, which in their mind was just that, doing random jobs for cash. Though they play both sides of the law, they know that some day they will either have to make a deal with the law to officially work for them or to join a crew.
