{PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION}
Sey is of an average height with naturally straight black hair, which falls to his shoulders when it’s not up, and due to some strange blood running in his veins, his hair will change with his mood. If he’s feeling uneasy, it’ll turn blue and corkscrew. If he’s feeling happy, it’ll turn golden and simply curl. If he’s feeling anger, it turns red and falls straight. His eyes are a pale green, like tumbled sea glass. He has a gentle expression on his face most of the time, which the cats probably taught him.
{PERSONALITY}
Sey is a gentle type, preferring nurture over nature. He doesn’t believe in corporal punishment or physical punishment because he feels it’s a pretty terrible way to try and get a person or animal to learn not to do something. But he does believe in lessons, and so he has an array of squirt bottles hidden around his apartment, which is above his cat cafe, and he fearlessly uses them not just on the cats that live with him, but on people too. However, that doesn’t mean he lets things pass. He can be a no-nonsense, draconian martinet too. He runs his halfway house like he’s a drill sergeant, and if his rules get broken more than once, he will pick up the offender and throw him or her out. Once you’re out of his good graces, it’s hard to get back into them.
UNLICENSED THERAPIST
Sey listens objectively to what people tell him and doesn't interrupt them until they're done talking and are ready to listen. He offers them advice but doesn't tell them what they should or shouldn't do. Always it's 'do what's best for you, and my door is always open'. Considering who raised him, one would expect him to make sermons, but really he just tries to help people through their problems without telling them they're wrong or foolish, even if he'll call them foolish.
TAKING IN STRAYS
Sey will always open his door for anyone who needs a place to crash when they don't have anywhere else to go or don't want to go home. He always has an open, spare room either in his apartment or at the Second Run. He doesn't require anything for it, but he appreciates it if his guests don't molest his cats and don't punch holes in the walls.

- His apartment is, more or less, cat-proofed
- He isn’t above giving people “cat looks” if he thinks they’re being stupid
- His favorite outfit is sweatpants and a t-shirt and not much else
- He makes his own cat toys and cat treats

His hair changes colors and either straightens or curls depending on his mood and what he’s feeling at a given time, otherwise Sey’s superpower is dealing with a multitude of cats and the people who come into his cafe to cuddle them.
{RELATIONSHIPS}
Mother Superior Lydea - The nun who took Sey in as a young child, after she found him wandering the streets and couldn’t locate his parents, and taught him how to be a good person. His halfway house is dedicated to her and his way of paying forward everything she did for him.
Minty, Molly, Lola, Rhea, Yuu, Paha, Salsa, Luty, Tully, and ZhaZha - The ten cats that live and “work” in his cat cafe.
{BACKGROUND NOTES}
Sey was separated from his parents at a young age and has never been able to find them. Of course, he didn’t look very hard and still hasn’t bothered to look very hard. He was taken in by Mother Superior Lydea, who cared for him as if he were her own child. He lived with her until he was old enough to strike out on his own, and so ended up on the Libra, opened up a cat cafe and later, a halfway house. He makes a decent living doing both jobs, but only the cafe is for pleasure as well as for paying the bills. The halfway house is a “pay it forward” kind of thing.
He prefers to wear boots and jeans and a hooded sweatshirt with a “cat pocket” on the front, but when he’s “off-duty” he’ll wear sweatpants and a t-shirt and not much else. Usually he can be found with a cat somewhere nearby, if not right on top of him.
