Was anyone wondering what Incen stood for?
WELL NOW YOU KNOW.

Mmkay, well. First off, I'm a sketcher. I sketch. It pisses people off, but that's how I do things.
Because of that, you get this~

SKETCH SHEET 01

This one may be my favorite. When I do the obligatory "many faces of Tetra" picture, this will be the default setting.

O HAY I drew Mae.

This is to prepare y'all for the flaming mass of Tetra sketches that is the rest of this post.

SKETCH SHEET 02
(the back of another lined-paper sketch sheet)

(ewno.png) Tetra, all eye-membraned, looking a bit... um... 2D.

(andthehorseyourodei non.png) The Lecture Face. Tetra lectures are not very two-sided, as the TRIM interns will state emphatically.

(srsbsns.png) He has some serious infectin' to do.

SKETCH SHEET 03

(hmph.png) This was drawn much smaller than it was scanned, so Hendrik's head didn't look so retarded to me... at any rate, that's Hendrik shrugging off a Tetra lecture, while Mae watches in utter disgust... or She's in the middle of a dignified hissyfit.

(halfdead.png) You don't want him sticking you with that when he's about to fall asleep. He'll miss the vein until your screaming jars him into wakefulness.

(takethisoutside.png) I like this one. If you don't agree, Tetra will FIGHT YOU. (And win, too, probably.)

(rangeofmotion.png) In case you wondered, the many ways Tetra can stand on his own. That is, he does a lot of leaning and sitting too. I drew them right to left, being left-handed...

SKETCH SHEET 04

Hey look, a body-type picture! Tetra is one of my very few characters with a sensible body type for their height. Rather muscular, though not by design, and not thin, partly due to his diet and partly due to the fact that he is not a bishounen in any way, shape, or form. He's 45, for God's sake. Aww, thanks. I prefer my art colored, but you know how that goes...
Yeah, except in that last picture in his street clothes, in which he looks moe~
He doesn't think he looks scary. The way Tetra thinks of it, the Lecture Face is the same one his father gave him, and thus the same one all the other children's fathers gave them. He didn't grasp fully that not everyone has pointy teeth until later.

Duude. Tetra's awesome. x3 And I can imagine how intimidating that lecture face would be- I wonder how he reacts when he realizes he's just scaring the shit out of the poor listener, rather than having them listen to him? o.O

I mean, I'd get pretty frustrated, myself. xD But if he'd do that, he'd really freak out the poor patient and they really wouldn't be able to listen to his words, then. It'd just be an, "I'm sorry, please don't kill me! D:" moment, at that point.

I hate inking stuff, takes too much effort and it ruins pictures. |: And there's so much more... Depth to the picture when you have all those lines to make one line.

...yes.

Tetra has a fangirl. >_> I swear I'm working on that post! DX Dietek isn't being nice though so it's taking a really really long time.

Inking is a pain~ I used to do it that way, with Little Tiny Micron Pens, so it wouldn't smudge. Dx
I still have about >9000 pages from In-Dev in a binder, all inked and erased.
Before I re-drew it, with a tablet.
Not nice, eh? No better way to make sure a kid never leaves you alone, than to be mean.

Yes, Alik is definitely a chick/malchick magnet. >3
He'll probably wind up in funnier positions than that over the course of his Candidacy... i.e. the non-kiss.
Also, I think it's general consensus that Dragons Are Big. xD Like dinosaurs. And airplanes.
