Physical Description By Tsumi standards, Vargas is rather tall, and also rather broad and well muscled - obvious signs that this man has worked long and hard on whatever's needed doing. As all Tsumi, his skin and hair are stark white, with the thin, angular face and long pointed ears that denote elven heritage. Dominating a slightly large portion of his face are two large, inky-black eyes, no one part distinguishable from any other, slanted slightly towards a small nose. His hair is short and straight, typically gelled flat against his skull. His left ear has four small silver hoops, traveling up the whole length of his ear in regular intervals.
Vargas tends to wear simple clothes, slightly baggy and predominantly in black. Most, if not all of his shirts have the sleeves torn off to show off his well muscled arms. Almost a permanent part of his face, Vargas can almost be always be caught with a cocky, confident smirk on his lips. And, even more common than that smirk, is the ever present weapon of some kind, generally a heavy heater rifle, or even his laser gatling.
Personality Loud, boisterous, and cocky, with more than a few war stories to tell. He's generally very good natured, but has an issue with using the character flaws of some people as ammunition for a joke - he does mean well, but simply doesn't seem to understand that some things are hurtful when put into words.
Magic/Abilities Despite being a Tsumi, Vargas is only capable of instinctive, reactive color changes, having never really wanted or actually needed to train his body to change. However, he does still have the advantages of his people, being their higher-than-average strength and durability.
During the war, Vargas played both sides, flipping back and forth as easily as a coin in a game of 'heads or tails,' not really holding allegiance to one or the other but rather working for whomever offered to pay more. This wartime experience shows in his fighting ability, amd if there's an energy weapon of some kind you can be sure he knows how to use it, including most weapons on starships. He knows very well how to take care of and maintain his weapons, and even can enhance the performance of more than a few.
