Personality
Relatively quiet, Avikne tends to hang back, preferring the role of a watchful guardian, and acting the role he is suited to. Rarely talking, he is completely fearless, and is intelligent almost beyond reason, as well as calm, and logical to the point of almost being systematic.

He rarely does anything other than his job, and seems to have boundless luck.

Magic/Abilities
He has no spiritual pressure, and it is said this is due to an accident he had several life times ago, which cause him to be bound to the suit he wears for the rest of his life.

In reality he has two abilities:
Soul Destroy - Upon eye contact enemies die within seconds, their souls being obliterated by the sheer power of Avikne's curse.

Regeneration - Akivne can regenerate from any wound, soul, mind or body, no exceptions. This ability has granted him immortality and an iron will.

History
Originally called Arimus, Avikne has lived for thousands of years, protecting the Adachi family, who raised him, and ensuring it's survival. He fell in love with Haru, one of the family's healers. When she died, it was revealed to him by her killer, Kirnardaz, that he was a Velorak, and possessed their curse.

From there, the history of Arimus splits in two. One part is that of the ruthless Velorak leader, who endlessly hunts the Adachi family for what they apparently did to Haru.

The other is the history of Avikne. Shamed by the Adachis, Arimus fled, vowing to redeem himself, and donning a suit of armour that he used to hide his identity from the Adachis, slowly incorporating himself into the Adachi family, and finally becoming one of them, using his armours as a guise to make himself their silent guardian.

As the years went on, technology became more sophisticated, until Arimus discovered a weapon that he found could cut all materials. He used it to reverse engineer weapons that have become what he calls the Hardlight Katana. The schematics for Hardlight Katanas soon developed in common technology, and Hardlight Katanas are now widely available, although Avikne builds his own custom blades.
