Stranger things have happened (Lilu)

So this is Edanith Kai thought to himself as he walked. He much prefered the vastness of space to this planet. Even Cancer was better than this desolate place, which apparently featured people that could do magic. Just great...stranded in a place where he didn't know the rules.

Flattening his neko ears against his head in distaste he groaned.  He had drank the last of his water a couple of hours ago and it didn't look like there was vending machines around here. Just a couple tumble weeds.

He spotted a house ahead and grinned. That was at least a place to go to. It looked abandoned but who knew in these parts? He made his way to the house and feeling slightly foolish, he knocked on the door.
"Anyone home? I got lost some how...I was in the city and than...yeah" he stated awkwardly to the closed door. In the very least he was sober.

His cargo shorts had some food, some drugs, and a couple of useless random items in it. His tail swished back and forth half heartedly. For all he knew he was talking to no one. Best be on the safe side though.

How many visitors came through here? Tuesday thought to herself when she saw some sort of strange creature come up to her home. She definitely needed to move or something because anyone just walked in. Perhaps she should put a sign on the door saying DO NOT ENTER? That would possibly work if Tuesday knew how to read and write. Crouching down behind the wall, she started at the creature. She wouldn't dare go up to him first. The last few visitors weren't that friendly. She needed to be cautious. He didn't look too bad. In fact, she made her curious. What kind of creature was he? Due to her living in isolation, she didn't know much about the world or any of the other worlds out there. Perhaps he was from another world.

"Look, if anyone is actually in there, I don't mean any harm. I'm just really lost and really thirsty." he stated, opened the door, and stepped inside.

He normally wouldn't go barging in peoples homes, but as far as he knew it was abandoned. Plus his mouth felt like leather. As if he was slowly mumifiying from the outside first. He needed water.

Once inside he collapsed. His body hit the floor face down, and he didn't feel a thing when his nose hit. Instant blackout. All things considering though, it was kind of lame for his body to pass out when water was so close. His tail went limp, after twitching once. His breathing was shallow.

Tuesday stared at the creature as he collapsed on her floor. She rolled her eyes annoyingly. This was the second person to come into her home and faint. However, she was actually very fond of the first one who arrived. Of course, she had no idea what type of person this thing would be regardless of what he said. Picking up her canteen of water, she sneaked over to him. Tapping him once she placed the canteen down  and bolted out of sight, hoping he didn't wake up and see her. Tuesday was beginning to feel like the healer between lands. The oasis. It was kind of a rewarding title, but it did get annoying after a while.

His eyes blinked a couple times as she poked him. He even caught a glimpse of her as she ran off.

"Wait...im not going to hurt you." he stated at her retreating form.

Sighing he sat up and took a drink from the canteen. He didn't mean to get himself into this mess again. It wasn't his intention at all. He sat for awhile and than began walking in the direction she ran, not knowing why he didn't just leave the house. She obviously didn't want company.

I'm not going to hurt you.

That was what the other guy said. As the creature walked towards her, she pulled her knife out and held it up threateningly. She then hissed like an animal, hoping to scare him off. Obviously it wouldn't work because she was just a girl. Perhaps the knife would get his attention.

There was something about her though. It intrigued him. Normally he would have just left, but as town was quite a distance a way yet, and in a unknown direction, he had to stay. Besides, would she have gave him water if she was hostel? No, she probably would have bashed him over the head and ate his dead body or something.

The hissing though was familiar at least. It meant fear, or agitation. You don't back a animal into a corner after all. He backed a couple of steps a way, his eyes trained on the knife. He doubted she could hurt him with it, but perhaps backing off a little bit would calm her down.

His ears stood up, alert to noise and his tail flicked back and forth. "I could leave..." he stated, no threat to his tone, sadness in the idea of it maybe, but that was all.
