__________________IN-DEPTH STUFFPhysical DescriptionA rather absent-minded looking young woman, she has short black hair that frames her face nicely. A few random strings of hair like to curl out at the sides, though the two most noticeable strands stick straight up out the top of her scalp. She is pretty thin looking, with an average bust size and almost no muscle. Her skin is a light mocha color and she has sharp green eyes, much like a cat’s.
Kay normally wears a simple white sleeveless tank top that only covers her chest and exposes her belly. Over that, she wears a cute open green vest with short yellow sleeves. Low riding blue and green booty shorts dress her lower half, and simple green high-tops, along with dark blue knee-high socks cover her feet and legs. A long, black, feline-esque tail curls from over the top of her shorts behind her, which she likes to keep curled up to about knee-height. She has two hair pins, one green and one yellow, which are clipped on the left side of her hair. They are there for apparently no reason, as they do not hold back her hair, but just sort of...hang there.
PersonalityAs a psychic trying to hide her powers, Kay is extremely nervous during the rare moments when she goes out in crowds. To the normal person, she seems rather ditzy, but honestly, she’s just concentrating on trying to restrain her telepathy. It’s even worse when she’s talking to someone, as she misses half the things the person says, or just completely mishears them, which has led to more than one awkward situation.
However, when she’s alone, she can be a rather optimistic and hopeful person, but also
super curious and super stubborn. Being stuck in Aedolis her whole life has made her interested in the outside world, as well as obsessed with travel, so she’s constantly (but secretly) trying to figure out how to leave, and has even studied navigation just in case.
Magic/AbilitiesEven though none of her close family members are psychic, Kay still acquired powers. She has only ever used them twice, both times by accident. She seems to have technopathy, judging by what happened when she touched her laptop after getting her powers, and it appears that her telepathy is far, far better than her telekinesis, if she even has the ability.
She is also ridiculously flexible and has several cat-like tendencies, such as yowling, purring, and chasing after small beams of light.
RelationshipsShe had a very good relationship with her parents, but hasn’t spoken to them since she moved out, already having said her final goodbyes to them. Knowing of her love of travel, they truly believe she’ll find a way out, so they’ve reluctantly accepted the fact that they may never see her again.

Kit. As one of the people who helped her sneak out of Aedolis, Kay feels as though she owes him a great deal. She also enjoys hearing his thoughts, secretly finding his inner dialect adorable.
HistoryBorn and raised in Aedolis, Kay has had a pretty normal childhood. She was brought up by both parents in the middle level and has no siblings. Once she was old enough, she got a job and moved out on her own. So far, a typical, average life.
Up until recently, she showed no signs of having any extraordinary powers. However, sometime after moving out of her parent’s house while she was out shopping, quite suddenly, she was able to hear other's thoughts. Kay was confused at first, but then immediately understood what was happening. Fearing that she would be forced into the Pilot Candidate Program, she quickly left the area and spent the next few days locked up in her apartment, trying to suppress her powers. After that, she quit her job and rarely goes out, except only to buy necessities with her dwindling funds. Luckily, no one in her immediate family has psychic powers, so she’s not being watched. Even so, she’s now even more desperate to get out of Aedolis.
