GENERAL OVERVIEW
What are you limits regarding powerplay/godmoding?
Will do:
Uh. Read "won't do" and "ask me first" to get a better idea, because I'm not entirely sure I understand the concept of "will do".
Won't do:
Everything. Well, you can try to do it, you can try to give my character a hug, you can try to give them an unpinned grenade, but I always decide what my character does. Simply put, complete the action on your character's part, say nothing about my own character's reaction, and I'll input their reaction. Don't worry, though, I'm cruel to my characters, and I believe pretty thoroughly in realism.
Ask me first:
You never have to ask me anything, unless you want to do something like move the characters to a different location, and require that my character still be around for the end of the post. Usually I'll say yes, unless my character has logical reasons otherwise.
How far can character injuries go?
Will do:

Won't do:
As with powermoding/godmoding, I prefer(as in, require) that you post the action but none of my own character's reactions. However, I'm game for most, if not all, attacks on a character, as long as your post doesn't infringe upon my right to entirely control my character, such as the damage dealt. Sneak attack? Fine! Just don't post the reaction, and I'll likely hand it to you, unless it was badly done, albeit I'm also unlikely to allow a one shot kill, because it really is no fun at all for a character to suddenly come to an end.

You don't have to ask me to do anything, you just can't say my character reacted/took damage on your own. That's my right, eh?
How far can torture go?
Will do:
Provided it follows all of the rules set in the above section, I will allow torture, just keep in mind that your character cannot assume mine isn't reacting. Chances are they are fighting back, biting, all that fun stuff, but you can't say they are, cuz that's myyy part of the roleplay!
Won't do:
Sexual torture. That's about my limit on injuries, in fact.

What about character death?
Will do:
Give killing my character a shot, if you wish. Keep in mind, its unlikely to succeed, because I do like em'.
Won't do:
Allow you to kill the character without my being able to react in any way. Such as hitting them with a knock-out dart then crushing their skull with a sledgehammer. First of all, that isn't nice, second of all, I'll do something worse to you, because I honestly hate that sort of play.
Ask me first:
If you really, really, really want to kill my character, PM me, make it absolutely explicit in most of the details, and we'll talk it out. Chances are, I'll refuse you, but don't be surprised if I let you go ahead with it.
Are you okay with characters being transformed against their will?
Will do:
Errgh.
Won't do:
Errg.
Ask me first:
Always ask me first about this. I'm usually very game for changes/transformations in an OOC fashion, but there are some I won't hack.
What about healing?
Will do:
Any wounds issued in a recent fight/scuffle/whatever.
Won't do:
Wounds a character started with, or wounds I don't want healed. I'll put all of these in their profile as a character, and I promise to make it lit up like a light show so I don't have to go "doh!" when you return the legs of a cripple. If you do make that sort of mistake, I'll probably be forced to do it all over again, and do you really want my poor crippled orphan to have to get her legs cut off in another horrifying factory accident?
Ask me first:
If you really want to heal the legs on my legless orphan. We'll have to talk it out, your character's future responsibilities(such as a legged orphan following a character for the rest of their natural lives).
What are your limits in regards to sexual situations?
Will do:
Fade to black, nudity. Yes, you can pull a peeping tom on one of my characters, I really don't mind.
Won't do:
Acted out sex. Innuendo and hardcore writin' pr0n don't do it for me, and especially not S&M writin' porn! I have bad memories of S&M writin' porn that involved -daggers of fire-. Egh. Please.

If you want sex to be the end result of a topic, please PM me. I honestly absolutely <3 a chance build up over a topic that follows a general electric down the rails!
MY PLEDGE TO YOU
I will never treat your character in a way that I would not allow mine to be treated, unless given explicit permission. I like having chance; organic and completely chaotic fights, friendships, and romances are something I adore far more than anything that's planned.
Note: I plan plots. Kind of. Skeletal structures that are bound to get shattered ftw.
