Faction Description:
A Special Faction trained at Hysteria years ago before the advancement of technology, it is now made up members across the universe and planets. It is dedicated on Bounty Capturing, Soul Resting, and if necessary, Brothel Raid. They strictly do not kill people innocently unless there is an actual reason for them to do so. Even with Technology advance, the Faction was used to blades and guns, and uses technology as a boost on Ranged and Melee Control.
Because of the technique used to handle combat situation, it was never revealed to anyone who does not belong to Hysteria, especially their enemies. Even though certain people are trustworthy in keeping the secret of the technique used, it is even tougher for the Faction to identify who might be the backstabber.
Sometimes, some of the other faction mistook them for thugs, and often labeled some of the members in that Faction as a Bounty for "Wanted: Dead or Alive" note. Because of this, the main leader usually exercise caution when they are trying to set a diplomatic peace with a faction or a planet which are unknown to them. Although most comes on foot, some would prefer transportation, even with ships.
