I can offer up Arad as a potential temporary ally or a long-time nemesis/bounty.

Arad seems pretty interesting! Perhaps we could get something going with them as long term enemies, Arad seems like a suitable rival. However, Xiga needs friends too so if you're really willing to make a new character that'd also be pretty cool ^_^ it's up to you, I'm down with whatever
