A Pilot In Teinar. Teinar needs a council! It's a big decision for all sorts of reasons. Plus I'm only an elected official I can't make decision by myself! So I was looking for a good larger group of people to play the council that Teinar has so we can actually have the feel of how it would be to discuss it all out and break it down.
