Physical Description
Nasuhito sports straight chin-length white-blonde hair, a family trait that he and his brother both inherited from their mother. His face - and his body itself - appears thin and frail at first glance, but he boasts a wiry, disciplined sort of musculature, the sort of which gained by an avid runner or rockclimber. His skin is pale, due more than likely to the short hours of sunlight available in Sikuria, with a light dusting of barely-there freckles on his face and shoulders. His eyes are a vivid gold, flashing metallic. Some people have mentioned seeing him have slitted pupils, similar to that of a lizard, though he's never been able to see them. He's come to mostly ignore such comments, believing it to be a public joke of some kind.
More often than not, Nasu can be seen wearing a monocular - a high tech targetting device that fits over his right eye in a fashion similar to how one would wear an eye patch. He prefers comfort over fashion, and his clothing reflects this. Hoodies, fleece jackets, t-shirts and loose jeans make up his usual attire, and generally all in dark colors, or in black and white.
Personality
Most would say that Nasu is a cold individual. He's a loner at heart, used to working alone other than with his Dragon - a sniper paired with his spotter. He's serious and very professional, and follows his own personal code of honor. He may be a loner, but that isn't to say he doesn't have friends; he simply doesn't have the sort of relationship with his friends that most people would expect one to have. He's distant, and typically doesn't involve himself in the affairs of others, though he will offer insight, help, and advice if he feels it may have a positive effect. To those he calls friend, he is fiercely loyal, and has on more than one occasion come to the swift rescue of those in trouble. He believes fully that one should treat others as they expect to be treated, and isn't afraid to dish it out as good as he gets, if not worse. While he may not be allowed to exact retribution on those that wrong him, he will find a way to make sure those people are aware of the extent of his irritation.
Magic/Abilities
Sniper: Nasu is very skilled with a rifle, able to pull of shots that most would feel are impossible. Even without his advanced monocular, his ability to place a bullet is to be awed. His favorite weapon is that which can get the job done with only one shot - the anti materiel rifle. Why bother placing several shots in a six-inch circle, when one can create an eight-inch crater?
Electrokinesis: Nasu uses a version of electrokinesis that relies solely on manipulating the messages that communicate with the five - or, in some cases, six - senses of the living body. Using the subtle electric currents traveling through nerves, Nasuhito can cause the brain to receive phantom signals of sight, touch, taste, smell, and hearing, and generally of such an extreme as to cause sensory overload in the greatest sense. Most are knocked straight unconscious, as the brain shuts down to block out these signals. Others may become panicked or simply disoriented.
Relationships
Masunori Kagura: His younger brother, and easily one of his favorite people. He has high hopes for his little brother, and has always been proud of him. He seeks to be a good role model for him, and so pushes himself to excel in every way, in order to inspire him.
Parents: Nasu's mother and father own a convenience store in Sikuria, open in the late afternoon and all the way into the early hours of the morning for those that prefer the city's night life. Nasu does the best he can to make his parents proud of him, and even as a Pilot it isn't unknown for him to still go to the store to help out every now and then.
