Physical Description: Small build, dirty-blonde hair that tends to swoop just over his left eyelid. Likes wearing a ring of purple and silver face paint around the curve of his eye- as was accepted as makeup on the ship that he grew up on.
Personality: Puts on a very self-important, brooding front but can actually be quite naive and high spirited around people that he's comfortable with.

History: Grew up on a renegade explorer ship which had long since retired and came to be a living facility for a small group of humans. As the generations went on, the occupants became more and more detached from Earth culture and started to view any and all kinds of magic as inherently dangerous, setting up 'treatment' rooms known as Exertion Wards to keep mages and psychics alike in line. Once diagnosed, Carnegi resisted treatment violently and jumped ship after escaping the Ward for the second time..
