__________________IN-DEPTH STUFF

Physical Description Jacob is a haggard looking man. He's basically worn by his clothes, a dark grey heavy coat pulled tight over a ragged sweater and cargo pants of indeterminate age bulging with indeterminate objects. Most of his face is usually shaded by a grey base-ball cap and he'll sometimes pull his collar up over his mouth.

Those that look beyond the outfit are rewarded only with a view of an emaciated and hollow face. He looks old, and has far more wrinkles than a man of his age should. Once handsome features, a chiseled jaw-line and a strong forehead, now sag with a weight not often seen in someone younger than fifty. His head is covered in short but ragged black hair that is already turning silver in some places. Nondescript grey eyes poke out from beneath a tired brow, and his whole face leaves the viewer with a impression of a man drained.

His physique is lean. Though close inspection will reveal that he is actually quite well-muscled.

He always has a guitar case on his back, though it's contents do change quite frequently.

Noticeable Marks Scar on his chest right above his heart.

Personality A quiet, humorless man, Jacob let's his skills with instruments speak for him, whether they be instruments of sound or of death. He has clear and direct motivation, and no small amount of will and drive to accomplish his goals.

He's xenophobic in the extreme, and only likes humans. He's incredibly stubborn in his beliefs, and he refuses to admit any fault in his reasoning. On that note, he's very pigheaded in general and he often refuses to accept the opinions of other arbitrarily and without trying to understand.

As a reflex he is polite, but that is only habit to avoid trouble and he actually means none of the niceties he displays.

He's grim and pessimistic in the extreme, and he has a tendency to overreact to situations. That's not to say he becomes overly emotional, his emotions are actually pretty stunted, but he is quick to take too severe of actions. Especially when he doesn't know all the facts.

He's a bit narcissistic and kind of a megalomaniac at times. Oh, and he REALLY likes to put on a show.

History Jacob was born a resident of a human-dominated trading ship based on Cancer. He spent his childhood on that vessel. From a young age he learned how to play the guitar and sing, and he became the crew's main source of entertainment at times. He was quite good. Not that he minded the attention. He loved playing for audiences.

Unfortunately the trading vessel was attacked by pirates when Jacob was a teenager. The ship had been on a short trip and Jacob had stayed behind on Cancer to make some extra money with his music so he could surprise his mom for her birthday. When he caught news of what had happened, Jacob was grief-stricken. He was suddenly completely alone, all his friends and relatives dead at the hands of the pirates.

The group that destroyed they trading ship was a particularly notorious all-nonhuman pirate group, and Jacob couldn't do anything about them. The group remained active for many years after that and he could do nothing about it. His hatred for the pirates grew, and he eventually ended up projecting that hatred onto all non-human. He also began feel distraught by the Cancer government's lack of response to this issue. He believed that hands-off should only go so far, and he eventually got it in his head that the Cancer government was ignoring these pirates because they were non-human.

He began posting his opinions, his hatred of non-humans and of the Cancer government on internet forums. He quite quickly found people with similar views, and he eventually got into contact with certain groups using, 'radical measures', to create change. Jacob fit right in, and now he employs these 'radical measures' to make his voice heard to the Cancer government. "Change in Regime!" "Down With Non-Humans!"

Equipment Depends on the situation, but he knows how to get his hands on weaponry and he's no slouch at bomb making. Oh, and he does actually have a guitar. He plays it quite well in fact.
