Tyr comes from a world far away it is unknown how he came to be here (he either doesn't know or doesn't remember but he won't tell anyone anyway.) On his home planet they follow an ancient and barbaric religion where the only way to get into Valhalla (heaven) is to die a hero in battle and be plucked from battle by the beautiful Valkyrie. He is a master in nearly all forms of combat from hand to hand combat to explosive ordinance use. He also has significant knowledge of military tactics though he is no master tactician by any means.
