Plotting Center / He's a pirate

Because obligitory joke.

Anywho... Captain Drake Morgan needs a crew, and, while I enjoy playing crewmembers mass-npc style, I'd really rather have an actual crew. Now, that being said, you don't have to stick with the Warmonger's vehicles, and I'd be more than happy to add any personal ships any new crew bring in to the Warmonger's stats. It goes without saying that anyone who joins will be added to the list by name.

One thing: Drake runs a tight ship. He picks only the best, and doesn't tolerate failure. He also isn't the loveable Jack Sparrow sort of pirate.

So, if you're up for it, post here and lemme know! Please link to the applicable recruit's profile, if you've made it yet, if at all possible, please and thank you?

Physical Description
[description revamp is in progress. Please be patient.]
Drake is a tall, muscular, olive-skinned pirate with as many scars as his beloved Warmonger, most notably the one running diagonally across his left eye. His left arm is a rust-colored prosthetic which he usually keeps covered with synthetic skin, though the rust color of the metal is intended to strike fear into his opponents. The arm itself is loaded with hidden weaponry and defensive systems. As to his attire, he typically wears combat boots, plain black pants, a torn and frayed navy blue jacket (one that shows quite plainly how he got most of his torso and arm scars), and a simple blood-colored shirt, a tradition for the captain of his band. His hat, when he cares to wear it, is a black beret of the sort worn by Tartarian special forces soldiers, and, curiously enough, has faintly visible bloodstains on the front, as if its previous owner had been shot in the forehead prior to being relieved of it. His face is clean shaven, with deoxygenated-blood-red irises (a common racial trait of Tartarian human 'basics') and his hair is a shade darker. Drake's ears are slightly pointed.

Personality
Cold-hearted villain who cares nothing for anyone but himself. Nothing stands in Drake's way, nothing keeps him from what he wants. Even those he has feelings for are secondary concerns to him, and he's not afraid to let them know it. Drake, despite this, does have a harsh temper, provided you know how to provoke him, and is very violent when angered.

Magic/Abilities
None, really. He's a great shot, a good hand-to-hand combatant and his left arm is tough and strong and loaded with hidden weapons, but he isn't really magical. Oh, and, he can cook.
In preparation for a recently-received job, Drake has added a device to his prosthetic arm that cancels any psionic abilities within 50 feet of him. The device is activated via a microchip implanted in his brain.

Relationships
None currently

History
Drake grew up on the human/Draconian joint colony of Tartarus, the third planet of the Ophiucus system of the Gamma-Phi nebula of the Andromeda galaxy. He was an orphan, but that never bothered him, being that he liked having no one telling him what to do outside of the human school he attended. His first crush was on the daughter of a ship's captain, but that ended not so well (before it even began) when said female's father found out. There may have also been the fact that Drake didn't realise the girl, who had been as tall as him, was a Draconian of only five years of age, something that shocked him deeply when he found out. At age 20, he joined his first pirate crew, only to take it over three years later, during a rather ambitious raid on a human military dry dock in the outer reaches of the Ophiucus system. It was during the next few years that he would earn death sentences not only on nearly every human colony in the Andromeda galaxy, but also within the Draconian Empire [for multiple date rapes, no less].

Otays... so... Here's the thing: I'm not really good at making art. At least, not drawings. So I was wondering if anyone'd be willing to do their impression of Eva? If you need any information, I'd be happy to post it here or PM it to you... One thing, though... I'm broke. So, assuming you aren't doing it for free, I can't pay money. I am okay (read have-the-ability-but-I-prally-suck-even-though-people-tend-to-like-them) at writing short stories and I dabble in some simply poetry, if you want to do a trade...

Communication / Eva von Draconis Mission Log
    « on: June 03, 2011, 01:47:54 pm »
[WARNING! DO NOT POST DATES, TIMES, OR SHIP NAMES IN ANY PRIVATE BLOGS DURING A COLONY SEARCH. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS DIRECTIVE MAY BE TRIED AS TREASON!]

    Entry One Hundred Twenty Seven:
    Mood: Annoyed. Very annoyed.
[EDIT: PER USER REQUEST, THIS LOG HAS BEEN MOVED TO A PRIVATE DATABASE.]

Yeah, yeah, Frau Pingulkruvi, [EDIT: I AM WELL AWARE OF THE MEANING OF 99.9% OF ALL ORIGINAL STOCK SLURS, EPITHETS, SLANG, INSULTS, AND OATHS, IMPERIAL KNIGHT EVA VON DRACONIS.] we all were briefed on the regs before we left. Would you please excuse yourself from my private mission log? [EDIT: YOU ARE LOGGING THIS ON A PUBLIC CHANNEL, EVA. THIS IS HARDLY PRIVATE.] ... Light's fangs, Posten von Zahnrädern, we're not on alert, and this hardly qualifies as suspicious activity. Go screw Heilung Engel [EDIT, I AM NOT INVOLVED WITH THAT AI. FURTHERMORE, YOUR ISSUES WITH IMPERIAL LIEUTENANT BERTHA DO NOT EXCUSE YOUR RUDENESS.] already and let me log in peace. You know what? Command Code 0-855713, switch code Sword of Courage. [EDIT: [SIGH] VERY WELL. I'LL HAVE TROTZIGE SCHWERT MONITOR THIS. AT LEAST YOU DON'T HATE HER.] She didn't nearly crush my Custom after screwing up a simple training mission. [EDIT: YOU REALLY SHOULD LET THAT GO, EVA. ALSO, I'D APPRECIATE IT IF YOU DIDN'T WAKE ME UP EVERY TIME POSTEN VON ZAHNRADERN SCREWS UP. IT ISN'T MY FAULT SHE IS INEPT AT MILITARY COMMAND PROTOCOLS, ESPECIALLY SINCE SHE IS A SYSAD AI.] Sorry. H.E. is a bit busy, and none of the other AI's have administrative duties. Moving along...

Well... It all started with a bang, namely a certain incompetent AI [EDIT: EVA...] screwing up the training orders. ...Sorry... As I was saying... Said unnamed AI nearly got half a wing killed by managing to mix up 'live fire' and 'dummy fire'. Seriously. An AI screwed up that big. Yeah. Let's just say the repair crews weren't happy about that one. After that royal screwup, at which point (T.Z. will probably edit here to remind me of discipline... *sighs* I really should calm down...) she should have been taken off MiCo duty, she managed to somehow compound her incompetence by nearly crushing my Schatten Falken 117C! Does that tühi kahur have any clue how hard those are to come by? 122C's are almost standard issue, but 117C's would be a year's combat pay for me if it weren't for the unusually high compensation (Seriously? No edit?) [EDIT: I'M NOT EVEN GOING TO TOUCH THAT ONE.] (Too bad you're an AI...) [EDIT: I PREFER TO THINK OF YOU AS A LITTLE SISTER, EVA. NO OFFENSE.] (None taken.), and yet she was throwing that talon around like it was one of those claw-skill things humans used to have way back whenever it was... (If it isn't Draconian, history is forever beyond my grasp...) while my Custom was in it! So then, by this time, the AI's incompetence had gotten the attention of nearly all the pilots on the ship, and several of us went to file a formal complaint. Except that an Imperial Lieutenant decided we weren't. She spouted some toorikud about her being the only available AI and using the maintenence on Trotzige Zchwert as an excuse, despite having two backup MiCo's doing nothing, and ordered us to drop it. I have already filed a report on the matter, as have a few of the other pilots. At least the whole ordeal got the AI sent in for maintenance. Turns out she'd been on the Tartarus undernet and gotten herself sick while looking for some bedtime stories to read, which makes me glad yet again for the fact that AI's are on standalone servers, and annoyed that no one noticed the sudden Command Restriction. My guess? [EDIT: REDACTED. FOR OBVIOUS REASONS.]

    End.

PS: T.Z., when you get a chance, could you have P.v.D. contact me? I think I should apologise for snapping at her... Not her fault her mainenance was improperly scheduled. [EDIT: WILL DO, EVA.]

The Libra / Potential Area 17, Between Libra and 'Earth?' [Rina]
    « on: June 02, 2011, 04:48:04 pm »
No one was really sure what had gone wrong. Yet. But it wound up with Eva flying guard duty with nearly three dozen fighters around Rahulik Vari while her crews carefully examined the Void Drive, trying to figure out why it had suddenly pulled out and left them somewhere between where they were and where they'd been going. <Klingewyrm-1 reporting in. Nothing out here to worry about. Requesting bedtime story?>, Eva telepathically reported via the fighter's radio. 'Bedtime story' was pilot slang for one of two things. One can't be told on public TV. The intended meaning, however, was a situation report from in the ship.

"No monsters to slay, Klingewyrm-1. The hero hasn't gotten the map yet.", Trotzige Schwert responded, her response slang for 'not much more excitement here...'.

<What about the LR sensors?>, Eva asked, determined to find something to chat about, <Or have you got any real bedtime stories for me?>.

"Nothing doing, Klingewyrm-1. You know regulations forbid AI units from discussing such topics while on alert, and you know why.", Trotzige Schwert jovially replied, shooting down the not-so-subtle request, "I can tell you that Heilung Engel is currently attempting to hail a vessel of unknown origin and classification.", she added, her tone serious. Heilung Engel was the ship's Diplomacy/First Contact (DiFiCon) AI.

<An unknown? Permission to check it out?>, Eva requested, also snapping back into serious mode.

"Negative. Your duty is to the ship. You will be the first on the list if escort is required, if it's any consolation.", Trotzige Schwert responded, "I will keep you advised of any changes, Klingewyrm-1.".

<Thanks.>, Eva 'said', being sure to keep the mixture of worry, excitement, and dissappointment out of her voice.

    1. Name T-Auftrieb
    2. What does it look like? Neural implant
    3. What does it do?
Boosts the range of otherwise unaided telepathy by up to 1Km. It is, however, subject to interference and signal degradation. Later models attempt to correct this, but never completely eliminate the problem.

    Pending / Blood Crier
    « on: June 02, 2011, 11:27:27 am »
    1. Plant name Blood Crier
    2. Characteristics
Large flower with a stem up to twenty feet tall and three feet thick, with three 'heads' at the top.
Black-violet petals with blood-red stem and violet thorns. The seeds are blue and form an eye with the black stamin as the pupil.
Has a sharp scent not unlike strong bleach.
Satin-like smoothness in the petals, with sandpaper-like stem with needllike thorns.
The flowers secrete a blood-red, watery nectar. This, along with the eye-like pattern of the seeds, has earned it its name.
    3. Life-cycle
It grows to full height and thickness in less than six hours, but lives for up to three hundred years.
    4. Native to
    Both polar regions of Draconis.
    5. Habitat
Cold, dark areas. Moisture is not an issue.
    6. Uses?
The petals are highly toxic, even to Draconians, but can be stewed for three hours to make a healing ointment as potent as the raw petals are toxic. The thorns are a natural anesthetic. The seeds can be replanted in any cold, dark place, regardless of moisture or soil content, and are, in small quantities, a natural stimulant. The root is toxic, but can be stewed with the sap to make a calming salve. The sap is toxic if cooked on its own, but can ward off hunger and fatigue if consumed raw in small amounts. The nectar is highly toxic to anything but the insects which naturally feed on it.

    1. Race name Draconian (Karmid, in their own tongues)
    2. Characteristics
    • Average height: Male: 7.5-8.5m  Female: 8-9m
    • Average build: Subtly muscular
    • Form: Humanoid Wingless Draconic Reptillian
    • Warm-blooded
    • Egg-laying, Gestation 1 month, Incubation 4 months
    • Draconians of the Original stock are distinguishable by tigerlike stripes on their backs and heads.
    • Temperment: Disciplined, mostly level-headed, but aggressive when provoked. Difficult to provoke, unless you know how.
    • Languages spoken:

    Draconian [Modern]
    Draconian [Original]
English (learned from a human species present in their galaxy)
    3. Homeland
    Homeworld:
    Draconis

    Colonies:
Tartarus (shared with humans of Andromeda galaxy)
    Windgepeitschten Juwel
    Ewigen Blick
    Punane Tolm
    Müde Mond
    Lebendigen Wald

    4. Special abilities and distinguishing features
1: Telepathy: No. This is NOT mind-reading. This is sending her thoughts to others, mostly of her own kind, but she can send to anyone she wishes provided they can receive (basically, if they want to hear her and don’t have something blocking their mind, such as psychic barriers and the like. Tinfoil won’t work, but wanting to ignore her will.). She can also receive from anyone capable of sending, but only if they are sending to her (either directly, or through sending to ‘anyone in range’). The maximum effective range is 30 meters, though it can be extended by piggy-backing it on radio transmissions (though, if the transmission can’t get through, the telepathy fails, too, in this method), phone calls, or, in extreme cases and with reduced clarity, electrical wires.

2: Armorlike skin: All Draconians have skin (scales, really) that protect them like armor. While the protection isn’t perfect, it is good and is especially effective against heat, energy, and electrical weapons, though at a cost of effectiveness against swords and other bladed/piercing weapons of materials with a hardness of 6 (Moh’s scale) or greater.

3: Superior bone structure: All Draconians have skeletons of such durability that broken bones caused by falls and other accidents are extremely rare. This does not, however, mean said bones are impenetrable.

4: Shadow Conversion: Perhaps the most dangerous of Draconian abilities, this ability can be used in many ways, both for illusions and for actual damage. It is an ability found only in the Original Stock, and is one lost by interbreeding with the newer breed. It allows Draconians to bring darkness to life, imbuing it with magical energies in order to create illusions, or using magic to convert it into matter for physical attacks. This power only works if the area it is used in is darker than it is light (so, for example, it’s not usable in a well-lit room, but shining a flashlight in the darkness of a moonless night does nothing to negate it.).

5: Localized low-force singularities: Draconians of the Original Stock are capable of creating small, relatively weak gravitational fields in order to move things around. Such fields are invisible, causing this ability to often be mistaken for telekinesis, and is insufficient for killing in and of itself. It also has a weight limit of 25 kilograms, meaning it can’t be used to throw people around.

6: Poison/disease immunity: Draconians are able to quickly destroy any poison which takes more than an hour to kill them, including their own (which is only deadly after multiple doses in a short time, and, in such a case, takes weeks, even months to kill the victim.). Their immune systems are also very swift to respond, using magic to destroy harmful microorganisms and viruses.

7: Speed/strength: Draconians, though large, are fast. Fast enough to leave an afterimage in some cases. Draconians are also many times stronger than humans, hailing from a world with nearly seven times Earth’s gravity, and exibit strength easily in excess of twelve times that of a human at full growth.

7: Time perception: Draconians perceive time much more slowly than humans, at about 1/1000th of the rate. While this does mean they can catch things humans would miss, it also means pain and suffering seem to last much longer for them, and it can often lead to speaking much too fast for human perception.

    5. Life cycle
    • Life expectancy: 1800-2200 years
    • Egg-laying, Gestation 1 month, Incubation 4 months
    • Maturation begins in an initioal stage at 12 years, ending at 13 years, with most sexual development and growth occuring at this time. Reproduction is possible, but highly inadvisable, bordering on extremely dangerous. Brain function is almost fully developed at this time as well. Sexual drive is nonexistant at this phase, likely as a protective measure. A second stage, in which sexual development is fine-tuned, including aspects which make reproduction safe, occurs at age 16 and finishes at age 25, in which muscular growth finishes, completing the development of muscles responsible for the speed and power the species is known for. At this stage, sexual drive is at its highest, and Draconians reach their full height and weight. After the second stage, little aging occurs until around 1200-1700 years of age, at which the body begins to age more rapidly, with rate of aging increasing as an exponential growth function.
    6. Cultural description
    [See Also: Draconian Faith]
Draconian society is a very organised society as far as social ranks go, but it is also a very free society, despite the system of government being a military/religious empire. In addition to military rank (nearly 95% of all eligible Draconians serve in the military.), every Draconian has a social rank, which ties them not so much to a chain of command as to a level of expected decorum. Higher social ranks are more respected, however, they are expected to be more responsible and disciplined, as well as better educated. Education is an individual affair, driven by the instillment of a desire to learn and challenge oneself from an early age. Draconians of the original stock are revered as the 'true' Draconians and generally hold higher ranks. Draconian society is very much matriarchal. Names are given in the format of '[name] of [city/town/village] of [state/region] of [continent/region] of [homeworld/ship of birth]', and individuals are generally addressed as '[title1] [title 2]... [title n] [name] of [homeworld/ship of birth]', or as '[preferred title] [name] of [homeworld/ship of birth]', with titles and worlds left off only by those the individual knows well.
    7. Religion
    [See Draconian Faith]

    Pending / Draconian Faith
    « on: June 02, 2011, 10:40:09 am »
    1. Name Draconian Faith (no official name)
    2. Beliefs
    • One 'master' god with many gods below on seven 'tiers' of power/rank.
    • All living things of the universe contain fragments of the life energy/soul of the 'master' god, Lifestream.
    • Draconians are a deifacted species created by the Shadow/Rebirth Goddess, Ewigen Drachen. Two breeds, or stocks, were created: One original stock, considered the 'true' Draconians and revered above the newer second stock, made to appease the god Lifestream due to fears of an imbalance in the universe. No order, oddly enough, was given to destroy or de-fertilize the original stock. Though the second stock revers the original stock and regards them as being superior, the original stock considers the second stock to be equals.
    • The purpose of the gods and goddesses is to maintain balance in the universe. The purpose of mortal life is nonexistant, and must be manufacted by each mortal individual.
    • All lives are important. The taking of any life, regardless of form, is an act of grave severity and must be weighed accordingly. War, likewise, is not to be taken lightly and must be fully justified, with any and all other options explored first. Note that this belief does not forbid predation, rather, it encourages restriction and conservation, as well as justification in not only the act itself, but in the methods of it, and the conditions of domestication.
    • Service to oneself is, beyond the basics, optional. Service to others is strongly encouraged. Service to the gods/goddesses is mandatory. No order directly from a god or goddess is to be refused.
    • One's mother is her most important relative, and the most important mortal being in existance, unless she should prove abusive and unfit for motherhood.
    • Any act which makes onself or another incapable of properly serving Empire or Diety is forbidden, to include illicit drugs, alchohol, gluttony, rape, murder, theft, laziness, and other acts. One must never act in a way which harms another. The exception to this tenet is punishments for crimes committed, and wartime efforts condoned by a competent and just War Council.
    3. Ways of worship
There are a few prayers, but those are reserved for very special circumstances. Most worship is done through upholding the tenets of the faith, and through war song during major battles.
    • Suicide ritual:

"..., when all other remedies have failed, and you cannot gain even the smallest measure of worth or pleasure from life, then must you ask the forgiveness of the Lifestream and the Mother Goddess. When you have asked Their forgiveness, then may you proceed to sent the White Hilt to the one you wish to end your life by, then must you hold a Duel with this Beloved, and, only in honorable defeat, as Witnessed by both Mothers, may you then be ended, for Body to rejoin Draconis, and Soul to rejoin Lifestream."
    4. Standards of conduct
(aside from the obvious and fairly universal standards)
    • To rape any individual is an act beyond heinous, one which merits the most severe of punishments, punishments which are considered unspeakable. (obvious, but I feel it does bear mentioning.)
    • Any act which does not harm or impair another or oneself (impairment caused by pregnancy, fatigue, or training weights) is permissible. Suicide, information gathering (with the proper considerations and permissions), and punishments meted out by law as determined by a just trial by jury of one's peers are not considered here.
    • To end one's own life is to forfiet that which was given by the Mother Goddess and by Lifestream. There is not, nor was ever, a mandate to live, however, and suicide is permissible as a last resort when all other outs have failed. In such a case, the Suicide Ritual must be exactly performed, or the suicidee forfiets all honor.
    • Draconians mate for life, one time only, except in cases of spousal abuse. This is a standard only Draconians are held to, but it is part of the faith.
    • Drugs and other vices have no place in Draconian society.
    • All battles are fought with honor whenever feasible.
    5. Organization of groups
Draconians worship individually. It is a sort of heresy to form a religious heirarchy, as it implied that one is favored more by the gods/goddesses than the others.
    6. Who may join and how?
Any being willing to accept the beliefs of the faith, and whose honor is either free of stain, or redeemable, is able to join simply by joining any society which practices it.
    7. History
    [not really relevant]
    8. Holidays
There are no official holy days, as it is considered heresy to believe that one knows the exact dates of most days which might otherwise be considered holy days.

    PLAYER WANTS
    [/size]

What types of plots are you interested in playing?
Anything not too out there, really... Case by case determination, so, when in doubt, run it by me and I'll tell you if I'm okay with it.

What types of plots are you not interested in playing?
Rape where it makes no sense.

How often can you reply to any given thread?
Anywhere between 15 minutes and a couple weeks, depending on my muse and how much I have to work with. I've been told I'm a greater RPer, but I know for a fact I'm no miracle worker. I can't do my best work with one-liners, though I certainly won't think less of you for them.

Are you open to RPing over instant messengers? If so, what's the best way to contact you and what times are you generally available?
I'd rather not, but, if I must, please know that my availability varies. I'm not curently sure about what my schedule's gonna look like with me moving here in the next couple weeks, and I'll edit this when I know more.

Are you open to post volleying?
Not really... Too fast-paced for me to give any guarantees.

    Anything else?
It is illegal to chuck a moose out of a helicopter in the state of Alaska.

    GENERAL OVERVIEW
What are you limits regarding powerplay/godmoding?
I don't care if you don't. I intend to stay away from both, but I usually judge by the other person's limits as far as what's acceptable, with my own in cases where the other person is less strict. I will not, however, tolerate invincible characters (except in cases of temporary or location-based invulnerability, but there are limits to that, too. You have to be vulnerable somewhere.). One more thing: If it's undodgeable, it's blockable. If it's unblockable, it's dodgeable. If it's both, its effects are minor if anything. You can't have both for a devastating attack.

How far can character injuries go?
I prefer being able to react, though it's okay to have the action occur without giving my character the chance to react if it would not be possible for my character to react anyway.

    How far can torture go?
Talk to me before hand, and don't go off the path we discuss. I'm serious. Also, ABSOLUTELY NO GRAPHIC RAPE. Fade to black, and don't just use it as a 'break the cutie' thing. If you plan on doing a rape plot, give me reasons why rape is something that needs to be part of it, or at least ironclad reasons why I should allow it. I know one of my characters has raped in the past (and may or may not do so again), but it's not something I plan on playing out. Anything of that nature with him will happen offscreen and to some nameless NPC out on the ass-end of Nowhere, not as part of any actual plot with that character. Fair warning: You'll have an easier time teaching calligraphy to a dog than you will of getting me to agree to a rape plot.

    What about character death?
My NPC's? Go ahead, but know that there are consequences. My characters? Not without discussing it with me before hand and getting my explicit permission.

Are you okay with characters being transformed against their will?
Ask first, and discuss a plan for it, then stick to the plan. After getting my permission, of course.

    What about healing?
If you can, go for it. Just be aware that my characters have every right to refuse to allow yours to heal them, and/or hate your character for doing so. The fact that your character can heal mine does not mean my character wants to be healed, and, given the tech levels in this RP, it's highly likely that my character has an injury/scar/disability/defect because they have no desire to have it healed.

What are your limits in regards to romantic situations?
I prefer not to do sex, but I'm okay with it. It may take a while for me to post if it gets explicit, though, because I can't use public computers for that sort of thing.

    CHARACTER-SPECIFIC
Be reasonable in regards to Eva, please. Is your 5'11" human really going to be able to overpower a 16-foot-tall Draconian much, much stronger than a human on his/her own when attacking head-on from the front and screaming a Leeroy-Jenkins-style battlecry? Just use common sense. Also, rape = no for plots with humans. Aside from the whole thing concerning hotdogs and hallways, it just isn't realistic at all from any standpoint (Fridge Horror warning for Drake's history, BTW. And yes, that was actually an intentional mention of how he is not to be confused with being a good guy in any capacity.). No romance plots with humans, either. She isn't into inter-species anything (other than friendship, I mean), unless you've got a VERY strong justification for it, and it's VERY well-thought-out.

With Captain Morgan, just be aware that there's a reason he earned the loyalty of his crew at 23, and it isn't his good looks. Again, be reasonable, please. Also, he's already lost one arm, so ask before lopping off limbs and such, please. Especially the prosthetic one. And, please, lay all the love and sex on him you want, as long as you're willing to have your character not mind the fact that he's a pirate (and not the not-really-evil Jack Sparrow flavor of pirate, either. His rap sheet's as long as Wilhelm's tail, and that's just the shit he got caught doing.).

Regarding Wilhelm? No healing, please. He's grown quite attached to his prosthetics, and would prefer to keep them. Also, it was irritating enough for him to get used to them in the first place, and he'd rather not have to readjust to flesh-and-blood limbs. Also, like Eva, he's a mountain of muscle, so please do not have a human be easily able to overpower him without a very good reason.

Sarah's dwarfism is incurable. She's also much, much stronger and much, much faster than any human. Also, don't transform her, please. She's already a dwarf, no need to add anything else on top of that. Also, while you're welcome to try courting her, and you may win her heart, i have no intention of her ever being sexually available. Ever. Even if another Draconian dwarf came along. You're welcome to try, but it's not going to happen consensually. Not her kink. As for winning her heart, bear in mind that her species can live well over 2000 years. She's probably not going to get beyond the 'girlfriend/significant other' stage in the amount of time of this RP unless the whole thing started a long time in the past. Expect to be compared to the woman who gave her her name.

<Klinge an Mut and Säule der Schatten report no malfunctions during their Leere Läuft (Void Run. A Draconian technology used for inter-galactic/inter-system travel in which transit time is significantly shortened by a factor dependent on the distance traveled). Both ships report no Void Sickness, and crews have been awakened from cryostasis successfully.>, a Yeoman somewhere on the ship called out telepathically, using the ship's PA systems to transmit the message, <Rahulik Vari also has no malfuntions or Void Sickness to report.>, she continued.

"Imperial Knights Eva, Lena, and Anna von Draconis, Agatha, Brunhilde, and Lukas von  Windgepeitschten Juwel, and Seigfried von Ewigen Blick, please report to Fighter Bay 11 immediately.", Trotzige Schwert von Rahulik Vari, the ship's Military Control (MiCo) AI, announced, an announcement which was being made for the seventeenth time, being that it was SOP to send a recon party after making a Leere Laufen, if only to make sure the coordinates were correct, and that any potential threats were dealt with if necessary.

Eva hurried down the corridor, still working her way into the armored flight suit standard to all military pilots. <Dammit! How have I not gotten this down already?>, she thought bitterly to herself as she ran, nimbly dodging other pilots heading either to other fighter bays, or to the mess hall. Even running at top speed, it was several minutes before she reached Fighter Bay 11. "Imperial Knight Eva von Draconis, reporting as ordered.", she called out as she entered the bay.

"Report to the Schatten Falken AR-117C in talon hold 7, please, and prepare for launch, Fernglas-1. Form up with the rest of Fernglas after launch.",Trotzige Schwert ordered, 'her' tone one which added a silent 'good luck' to the command.

"Yes, Ma'am.", Eva responded, already on her way to the custom Schatten Falken AR-117 she'd requested as pay for providing fighter defense to Rahulik Vari. Normally, the 122 model would be used, being faster in-atmosphere, but Eva preferred the 117's roomier cockpit, more durable plating, and more intuitive controls to the newer model's cramped cockpit. "Ready for launch, Trotzige Schwert.", she reported, gunning the engines as soon as the bay doors opened and the talon hold's clamps and power couplings released her single-ship fighter.

    __________________IN-DEPTH STUFF

Physical Description Eva is a bit short for a Draconian female, particularly one of the original stock, though she is still almost three times taller than most humans. She is dragonlike in appearance, though she is bipedal, rather than quadrupedal, and bears humanoid characteristics. Her tail is twice the length of the rest of her body, and is tipped by a sharp, poisonous blade in the shape of a Fleur-de-Lis. Overall, her body is one of a rather creepy beauty, one which hints at danger, yet still maintains a certain elegance, particularly in the smoothness of the lines and subtle muscularity, though she is far from being physically perfect, being of a species meant for defensive combat rather than one meant for looks alone.

    Personality
Eva, despite being a military single-ship pilot, dislikes small spaces. Her main reason for choosing her current career was simply to satisfy her mother’s wishes, who she respects and loves above all others (though not in a mother complex sort of manner.).  Despite her dislike for small spaces, she finds piloting a single-ship to be quite enjoyable, mainly because she simply enjoys the feeling of flying through space (Space Core, perhaps?). Eva tends to be impulsive and brash when not focused on a task, often seeming to let curiosity and impish impulses get the better of her, but she knows how to knuckle down and fly right when the chips are down. Or when she's pushed the envelope too far and knows it.

Magic/Abilities (if any of these is a problem, I'd be happy to change them...)
The maximum effective range is 400 meters, though it can be extended by piggy-backing it on radio transmissions (though, if the transmission can’t get through, the telepathy fails, too, in this method), phone calls, or, in extreme cases and with reduced clarity, electrical wires.

2: Armorlike skin: All Draconians have skin (scales, really) that protect them like armor. While the protection isn’t perfect, it is good and is especially effective against heat, energy, and electrical weapons, though at a cost of effectiveness against swords and other bladed/piercing weapons of materials with a hardness of 8 (Moh’s scale) or greater.

6: Poison/disease immunity: Draconians are able to quickly destroy any poison which takes more than 30 seconds to kill them, including their own (which is only deadly after multiple doses in a short time, and, in such a case, takes weeks, even months to kill the victim.). Their immune systems are also very swift to respond, using magic to destroy harmful microorganisms and viruses.

7: Speed/strength: Draconians, though large, are fast. Fast enough to leave an afterimage in some cases. Eva, however, hasn’t yet reached her full speed and power, and is only about 800 times as fast as a human. Draconians are also many times stronger than humans, hailing from a world with nearly seven times Earth’s gravity, as well as being much larger and having strength enhanced by magic. Again, though, Eva has yet to reach full maturity, and is only 200 times stronger than a human.

7: Time perception: Draconians perceive time much more slowly than humans, at about 1/1000th of the rate. While this does mean they can catch things humans would miss, it also means pain and suffering seem to last much longer for them, and it can often lead to speaking much too fast for human perception.

8: Night vision: What it sounds like. Draconians have an easier time seeing in low-light than they do in bright light, and can see in near-total darkness.

Relationships (not sure what to do with this ATM, so I’ll leave it…)

    History
Eva was born. She became a fighter pilot. She was on a ship sent to the Milky Way to look for colonies. Here she is now. (this is a WIP history… I’ll add in more as I get to know her, if that’s allowed.)
