Apperance: He has rather shot hair that goes down to his shoulders, it is black and silver. His eyes are orange im color and diaate like a cats depending on the amount of light like a cats eyes. He has a tail with fearhers at the tip in a blade shape and its rather long. He has claws and a few feathers in his hair. Also a few spike running down his back. He has pretty sharp I teeth also.
Other then that he is a rather attractive individual.
Personality: Quiet and chilled about a lot and he doesnt act like himself around other people other then with friends and family. His true personality is smart and he thinks everything through nut still keeps a bit of his thoughts to himself. Unless he is ordered to say it or fuven permission
Abilities: He is no physically strong but he makes up for it in stamina and speed.
Pyrokinesis: just the generaration and manipulation of fire.
Relationships:
Dragon: Olipa: a rather small dragon, they have a rather strong bond and are best friends.

History:
He was entered in the program at 13 and graduated at the age of 18. His oarents were distant and he had to basically raise himself, cook meals for himself and his parents. He was entered in the orogram because of his pyrokenisis and being a phsycic of course.
He graduated close to top of the class and has learned how to sheild his thoughts and feelings almost flawlessly since he grew up in a setting which you do what your told and watch out for yoruself. Nevee trust anyone completely or it'll back lash.
During his training his teacher was very very rough on him. He would train him to follow orders when told and to sheild his thoughts very very well plus notice when someone is attempting to read it. If he slipped up Kielar would get a beating, stabbed or even tortured. This made him learn things rather quickly and proved to be a good thing. Since his teacher brainwashed him into never betraying the Dragons and all would be fine.
