..but theres one particular thing I am rather curious.

Are Half-Dragons for a Character allowed?

That's one of the best things about this place.  Any kind of character you can possibly imagine is acceptable.

So if half-dragon characters are your thing, go for it!
And before I forget, welcome to RotE!

Yeah I have one that's an alien dragony thing!
Just be careful with them in Aedolis XD.
