Physical Description
Mokin is from a species that exists thousands of light years away, called Ninet. Ninet's have skin that is tinted shades of green, as well as commonly dark hair and bright colored eyes. Ninets are often about 6 feet tall, but Mokin has a tendency to work in a zero G environment, and as a direct result his spine has decompressed and he has gotten taller than the usual. Mokin has mint green skin and bright yellow eyes. He wears a pair of spectacles that rest on a snub nose. He has a birthmark on his chest resembling an open palm. He has a calm look on his face most of the time, yet it sometimes becomes engulfed in pure rage. He has a wavy hairstyle with dark black hair.
Personality
Mokin has a great personality outside of work. He socializes well, and can make friends pretty easily among the pilots. It's keeping them that causes difficulty. Mokin has a great attitude and calmness when off-duty. When working in his lab, he tends to get extraordinarily frustrated quite easily and especially hates people barging into his laboratory unannounced. He once hit a candidate in the head with a chair for entering his lab and disturbing his tests. That being said, he is not the most happy with anyone working with him, even if it was required by someone.
Magic/Abilities
Mokin is an absolute genious with one of the keenest minds in Aedolis. He is smart enough to have discovered a new method to completely disable psionics within a certain field. This tech also prevents magic, and even most types of projectiles. He created a small army of nanobots that he uses to help him around his laboratory. The nanobots for the most part just lift things and can weld or tear apart most materials. Mokin has discovered how to augment or even create new psionics within people or even animals. The procedure is extremely complicated and currently includes only the most basic psionics. Mokin himself has very basic telepathy and minor telekinesis. He does however have an odd psionic, and is able to manipulate his own gravity and to a small extent, a gravity field around him. Mokin has created dozens of gadgets that can physically augment the user. Nearly all of his inventions are possible due to two substances he created. The first is a metal called scrith. Scrith is extremely non reactive and nearly indestructible and used as a platform that he tests things on. Mokin has not yet discovered a way to cut scrith, and so he has to mold it during its creation. Scrith is created through a complicated chemical process that is poured into a mold and bombarded with several kinds of energy. The mold is then cut off with a special high-powered laser, revealing thr scrith beneath. The second material he uses is a type of powder that absorbs all of the kinetic, thermal, and psionic energy out of what it is thrown on. He usually tosses this on experiments that have gone wrong, which in his lab occur often. He has used this to cancel out explosions that would level cities and even used it to help him kill a sentient experiment gone horribly wrong.
