Physical Description
 Gozaburo is a tall, handsome man. He is lean, yet muscular. He has black hair and black eyes. His smile is a bit off putting, and he wears a white shirt and black slacks, he also is quite fond of a black cloak that he wears around his shoulders. The inside of the cloak is lined with gold at the seams, and has a mostly red underside. He is rarely seen with weaponry, and absolutely hates guns of any kind.
Personality
  He is has a bit of an air of malevolence, yet he is extremely polite to nearly anyone. The definition of a gentleman, he is a chivalrous person by nature, and will always lend an ear (or a shoulder) to anyone who needs to talk. He is pretty easily approachable, and almost always has advice to give. He has a bit of an inner turmoil as there are some parts of his psionics that he does not like.  He can be childish at times, yet he knows when to be serious. Gozaburo often drinks a lot on the weekends, and is a quiet drunk, the kind that just sits there and is absorbed in his own world.
Magic/Abilities
  Telepathy: He is extremely skilled in telepathy and can bust down nearly any mental block he comes across. His telepathy can reach up to half a mile away, yet can only be truly powerful from about one hundred feet away. At close range, he can overpower some people's minds and control them from wherever he is, however this is usually a last resort as it causes serious mental feedback to sever the connection once it is set.

  Telekinesis: He has mild telekinesis, able to lift about a ton at his maximum. It isn't his best ability, yet he finds it useful at times, like when the remote is on the table and he just got comfy on the couch.
 
  Fear: What ever his lineage is, it gave him the ability to psionically manipulate fear in many forms. In a way similar to Empathy, only a bit more limited, and far stronger. He can take a single look at most people and identify their greatest fear. He can either absorb or implant fear into people's minds. He can then create their greatest fear, right in front of them the feared thing in question is an illusion, implanted into the targets mind, yet due to the nature of it, it will cause extreme psychological damage if it is a deadly fear. When he absorbs the fear, he gains permanent durability, strength and speed, yet the fear he absorbed haunts him, traumatizing him for months even years. For hours after using this ability, raw fear leaks from his body and influences some of the people near him, a reason why he rarely uses this ability. Whenever he uses this ability, anyone in the vicinity perceives him as their worst fear. During his first attempt at controlling this power, he accidentally caused a man to have a heart attack and become bed ridden for weeks. He despises using this ability, and hates the feeling he gets after the effects wear off. This ability can ravage and destroy the strongest of minds, yet it inflicts the same damage to the user. This has caused Gozaburo to have a section of his mind mutilated and twisted. The ravaged section of his mind can sometimes cause him to have temporary bouts of insanity, and extreme hostility; a complete swap of his normal personality, if you will.

  Inhuman physiology: Gozoburo has an unknown lineage, yet whatever it may have been, it came with its ups and downs. He has no natural sense of fear, and only gained it once absorbing it from someone else. He has an extreme resistance to blunt force impact, as well as a tolerance to heat, cold, electricity, and has had his fare share of near death experiences. Yet he has healed from nearly all of these. His aging slowed down to almost a complete stop decades ago.

  His dragon's name is Chux'xak but Gozaburo calls him Chuck for short. He is a male and is a large, mostly organic beast. He has black scales, with white metal plating on his underbelly and is a rather aloof and distant creature, yet he knows how to have fun.
