Physical Description
Dominique has lightly tanned skin and an athletic build, lean yet slightly muscular. He has bright green eyes and a handsome, boyish face. He has black, straight hair, and a (albeit rare) bright white smile.
Personality
He is extremely nervous and insecure. He also has a fear of heights that makes him deeply afraid of any flying vehicle. He is very agreeable and impressionable. He idolizes pilots yet never wanted to be one. When asked a question he will usually respond with whatever answer he thinks is expected. He has social anxiety and has troubles talking to anyone that he is unfamiliar with. He has a keen desire to learn and usually learns very quickly.
Magic/Abilities
He has a natural gift of psionic power, and is immensely powerful for his age. He has already displayed an affinity for telepathy, hydrokinesis and electrokinesis. He has little control over any of his powers, despite having them since his tenth birthday. His powers usually respond to his emotions and when overwhelmed, his psionics activate randomly. He once showed the ability to completely transform his body into negatively charged electrons and pass through a solid object.
