Physical Description
  Jacob has black hair and blue eyes. He wears a black trench coat that neatly conceals a variable pistol that can be changed based on the situation at hand. He has a not very imposing figure, being a very lean man for his height. His appearance for the most part can vary, due to his high tech watch. He has the Aedolian chip in his wrist, as well as carrying paper money and a credit card at all times.
Personality
  Jacob is often a laid back and charismatic man who prefers to talk it out with his targets rather than assassinate them. Sometimes, if they are wanted alive he can get them to come quietly and turn themselves in. He then kills them and collects half pay. He is a mostly good person, but he has a ruthless attitude towards beings he has a contract against, and will spare them no mercy. He avoids stealth work because he prefers to be seen by his target, and to be the last thing they will ever see.
Magic/Abilities
  Variable Pistol: His pistol can become modified for any task and can have hundreds of parts added to it, such as a sniper barrel and a different ammunition chamber, yet its basic form is a standard pulse pistol, a lethal, efficient weapon that is useful from any distance, yet it shines at mid to long range due to high accuracy.
  Fusion Watch:His watch is one of a kind and provides him with the ability to change his appearance at will and can even cloak him from some of the best sensors in the galaxy. It can also coat his arm in a type of plasma contained by a magnetic field. This allows him to cut through nearly any material with ease due to the sheer heat of the plasma. The watch can fire fusion charges that are extremely deadly and are basically the equivalent of a couple tons of tnt, condensed down to a ten centimeter long and two centimeter wide burst of energy. The watch can also call his ship, The Long Shot. The fusion drives in the watch serve four special features, to power the appearance changer, to hop into different dimensions, to stabilize him in the current dimension he is in, and to allow him to change out parts of his body with versions of him from different dimensions.
  Unstable Material: Jacob once traveled through dimensions without the safety bubble that is highly required for even a good chance of survival, and what happened was his body became unstable and parts of it would randomly cut in and out of the dimension he lived in, until he got the watch which used prototype fusion technology to stabilize him. This allowed him to travel through dimensions, and when he found another version of himself, they tried to shake hands and Jacob accidentally absorbed the other version of himself. He later found he could swap parts of himself out for these other versions of himself, yet if he decides to switch his brain, his other personalities aren't all the same.
  The Liar: Jacob's small espionage type ship, it runs on the same prototype fusion core technology that the watch runs on, giving it the ability to cloak, change its appearance, and fire fusion blasts, only on a much larger scale. the fusion drives also allow for FTL travel and interdimensional travel It is a small ship and can fit three people comfortably. It is made of an alloy called Scrith that is extremely durable and negates most electricity or anything thrown at it. Inside the ship there is a stasis field that activates whenever the ship gets knocked around in order to protect the pilot, it then deactivates when the trauma ends.

History
  He was once just a rare items procurer, he would hunt down rare objects in the universe and sell them to the highest bidder. This all changed when he found a watch, that had technology he had never seen before. He wanted to see what it did before he sold it to anyone, so he put it on and began testing it out. After he had found most of the capabilities of the watch he was going to sell it for a very high price, but he then pushed a combination of buttons and space around him was compressed into a miniature black hole centered on the watch, it sucked him inside and then closed. What happened inside the rift was never known to anyone, but when he emerged he had a scared look and a new prototype fusion drive for a star ship. After that incident he stopped hunting for relics and started hunting for people, He appeared the same and for the most part acted the same, but at some point in the rift, a part of his mind snapped and he was never the same.
