The seat of government in Aedolis, where all official business takes place. The lower levels are open to the public, but the upper levels are open only to authorized personnel, with the topmost levels being closed off to everyone but Pilots. This is also where the Pilots reside in apartment-style housing, and it is also the location of the Axis Point and the Lead Rooms, places where Pilots can escape to in order to get away from all the psychic static they put up with daily.

The name is a fancy (and less intimidating) way to refer to Aedolis' main military training site. While common military personnel might receive training at any of several facilities, all Pilot candidates report to the ATC for their training regardless of which city they hail from. A massive, warren-like complex, the ATC contains both classrooms for instruction and larger rooms that are used for drills and simulations. It is so large that necessary facilities exits in multiples, there being a number of cafeterias, infirmaries, barracks, and others within the ATC. It is the second largest building in Haviah, the largest being the Citadel.
Like all of Haviah, access within the ATC is set up vertically. The higher stage a candidate is, the higher up in the ATC they will live and operate.
Come to Syn, the hottest night club in Haviah with the best DJs around and live performances by top bands. This multistory club has it all: food, music, stripping, and brothel rooms, each activity divided by story for convenience. There are rooms available for nightly rent in the upper level, and downstairs from the club, well...you have to know the right people to get down there. Syn harbors a dirty little secret: the lower level plays host to all manner of illegal reading materials. The rooms are encased in lead, however, so the thoughts and presence of those that go down there are protected from any Pilots that might be at the club.
The Midhaven exists below Haviah, intersecting and then plunging beneath the dark, polluted ground upon which no citizen of Haviah has walked for centuries. The Midhaven spans the entirety of the huge city and extends far bellow it into the subterranean landscape. The occasional sad sparks of lingering electricity are the only light in this place, and scraps of technology lay half-buried, long forsaken. Many entrances and exits exist to the Midhaven.
The people of the Midhaven are the forgotten. The exist off the grid. They have no microchips and have built their own gritty society between the lights of Haviah above and the dangerous darkness of the deep subterrain below.
Havina is more sprawling than vertical but it has its share of tall buildings. It is a militaristic, elite upper class suburb of Haviah and is home to the headquarters of the Department of Science and Medicine, which also serves as a large military hospital. Havina also boasts many of the top medical and technological colleges in Aedolis, all of which are military academies.
