They are both Stage One! They have been in the program for a few months, but have not reached the end of their six-month grace period yet. :3
The first is June!

And he's deliberately trying to get himself trimmed. xD Except that he's not really doing it right. Anyway! Who wants a difficult teenager to manage? (8
The other is Col!

I'm not solid on what their psionic talents are yet, so go ahead and throw anyone at them!
