Weapons A very wide variety though her favorite is her custom made daggers XD of course she likes rifles and smaller guns as well. Maybe a bit of needles with some neurotoxins int ehre as well!
Apperence: This little one is at a the small height of 5 ft but her size really gives her an advantage above those who are taller then her in certain circumstances. He bones are extremly hollow and strong which makes an average person able to have her sit on one of his or her arm. Her legs for, into that of a mix between a wolfs and a raptors while still keeping a humanoid apperence to them. Her hands have "claws" that are sharp like a cats. Noniee's hair is a lovely combination of black iwth blues and purples as accents. Her eyes are that of a deep vilot color and her ears are animal/elf like and her tail is feathered at the tip like a barn swallow's tail. There are multiple scars on her back and shoulder that look as if she was whipped and cut with a knife.

Noniee was abused when she was little until she was placed in the Pilot Program, even then the abuse was normal for her and as a result pain and torture doesnt phase her.
She has learned how to torture people when she was little due to the abuse. She knows the limits of a normal persons mind.
Her favorite snack is Hot Fries and other spicy foods.
Due to her extremly light weight she cant drink much before getting slammed, also her medication is extremly extremly small doses when she gets somey more then itll be a major OD to her
