Lyah made her way down the hall, her notepad perched underneath her arm, headphones resting snugly in her neck like a glorified scarf.
She had some time between classes. Several hours, but she wasn't allowed to leave the ATC. So, the cafeteria it was. She hadn't requested specific leave, nor had she reasons, medical or otherwise to actually leave. She was saving up her free days for some well earned family time. Or, hoped they would allow her initial request.
But, those were thoughts for later. She wasn't sure what to do with the free time, she reviewed all of her classes already, had outstanding grades and covered most of her lessons in psionics she would have in the future. She had really nothing to do.
Even the advanced classes the man that took her under his wing, Sterak, offered were already covered by her. She really had too much free time. Damn nerd. She never expected to work this hard for classes.
Then again, this Sterak fellow had shown her just what being TRIM'd contained with some very lively footage. So, she was motivated enough.
