Physical Description

Jon's got sort of a cheeky look to him, like a smug good looking frat boy kind of vibe. He knows he isn't the most amazing looking person you've ever seen but he also knows you are into him and his well toned hot bod. His hair is short and dark brown with a bit of a natural wave to his bangs that are not quite long enough to get in his face, and usually pushed up in that purposefully messy looking style.

He also has rather large grayish green eyes and a youthful face that makes him look like he just graduated from the ATC despite having been a full fledged Pilot for 5 years now.

Personality

He tries to stay positive and around positive people and just have fun and enjoy life when not working because its hard to see and FEEL the bad shit he often has to for work. He does not like getting involved in politics, despite the obvious irony of being a Pilot and working for the government. He is always trying to leave that shit alone and goes out of his way to focus on frivolous bull shit.

He is the first one to leave once duty has ended and the first to suggest a night of binge drinking or partying. He has a shit eating grin plastered on his face when not working and will gladly be the life of any party as long as it makes the real and scary shit go away.

He actually hates his abilities and using them, especially because no one ever wants to trigger him into seeing GOOD past events and coupled with his strong empathy he often feels like he was actually there for the past events he sees; often feeling as if he is in the role of one of the more powerfully energized subjects of the vision (sometimes a victim, or criminal, or conspirator).

Maybe that's why he is always trying to make good memories and have fun. He can also snap and get really pissed off at those he views as bullies or generally mean people. Sure he can be pushy and rude himself at times but he doesn't actively try to hurt people and has no tolerance for people that do, or worse, get off on that.

Having not grown up on Aedolis he is not as overtly sexual as most Aedolians. He is actually a virgin partially due to not figuring out or experimenting sexually as a teenager and partially because he is afraid of getting close enough to someone to actually have sex. He isn't even sure what his sexuality is.

He hides most of his actual feelings from all than those closest to him.

Magic/Abilities

Empathy and Retrocognition with 96% accuracy rating (though of course this is a very difficult percentage to pin point and he is the first to admit that numbers are hard to attribute to this sort of thing).

He has basically no telekinesis so he had to train harder in physical methods of combat and weapon proficiency.

Relationships

Gabriel Tierney- Friend (they better be Rhi XD)

Pilot Lufti- fellow Seeker and often Jon's partner on missions. Basically he dumps all his paperwork on Lufti even though Lufti technically outranks him.

Ailill Sheehy Mathers- Friend and confidant.

Temple Rosales- Jon has had an unspoken, unrequited crush on Temple since they were candidates, though this is probably obvious to several others it is unknown if Temple was / is aware of it. After Temple went missing and was later pronounced dead, Jon had been pretty out of it. It had not affected his work but he was not at all himself in his personal life. Though this is something he has been working on with help from others and a love he should have noticed sooner.

Nayden "Chance" Kiers- 100% the love of his life. If only he had realized it sooner.

Dragon

Jon's Dragon Chasm is considered older as far as dragons who still choose Pilots. She is also the only one who insists on calling him Omajon instead of Jon. She is very no nonsense and is definitely not friends with her Pilot, something that actually upsets Jon. She only chose him because she valued his determination to become a Pilot and be useful. She does find him useful.

History

Omajon is originally from a small space station designated IX-594 ATOS. It is a small refueling station where most of the people are psychics and Aedolian refugees. (Fun fact! This is where Darvish is from as well.) On ATOS using psionics is taboo and forbidden. Most of the inhabitants of the small space station are or are descended from Aedolian refugees and they want to stay off Aedolis' radar.

Growing up on a small space station where everyone knows everyone and is all up in your business sucked. It really sucked when you were a kid who was unable to filter out thoughts and feelings from the people you were constantly forced to be around. This only got worse when he started being triggered into seeing visions of past events and had no where to go on the small station to escape them.

He was a teenager when he ran away TO Aedolis. Even he knows its ironic that his grandparents ran AWAY from Aedolis to avoid becoming Pilots and he ran away to become one. Jon just figured if he was going to have these visions and feelings bombard him anyway he might as well live somewhere where he would get to have fun too. Because of this he actually loves Aedolis and especially Haviah. He just wants to have a good time and not think or feel to much.
