PLAYER WANTS

What types of plots are you interested in playing?
Romance, adventure, drama - I like deep connections between characters.  For me, it's all about character interactions and relationships!

What types of plots are you not interested in playing?
Those that are just surface adventures with no character development.

How often can you reply to any given thread?
At least once a week, if not more.

What is the longest you're willing to wait for a reply to a thread?
If I know what's up, I don't mind waiting usually.

Are you open to RPing over instant messengers? If so, what's the best way to contact you and what times are you generally available?
Yup.  I'm on usually between 2pm-11pm Central time.  PM me for the messenger (I have AIM, MSN, Skype).

Are you open to post volleying?
(Where you and another player post rapidly back and forth in a thread with each other. If so, what's the best way to set that up?)
Sure, I suppose.  PM me about it.

Anything else?

PLAYER LIMITS

What are you limits regarding powerplay/godmoding?
(For instance, do you mind if someone grabs your character? Picks them up? Punches them?)
Grabbing is fine, but it really has to be within reason.  I prefer when things are left open for me to decide, but I have no issues with my characters getting injured if I think it suits the scene.  I would just like to be the one to say it.  So, instead of "punches [character] in the face", just word it "aimed a punch at [character]'s face".

What are your limits in regards to romantic situations?
(What are you comfortable with and not comfortable with? Do you prefer to pre-plot relationships or let them happen organically? Are you open to IC-rejection or love-triangles? Age differences? Etc.)
I prefer organic, but sometimes pre-plot can work with two compatible characters.  I don't mind IC-rejection (unrequited is actually interesting to RP) and love-triangles and polyamory all cool with me.  Age differences aren't a big deal either, but I usually don't go younger than 15, and for humans I tend to prefer not going over a 10 year gap.  Of course, this can all be up for debate.

What are your limits in regards to sex?
(Do you prefer to imply it, fade to black, or play it out? Is there anything you won't write?)
It depends on my partner - otherwise, I don't think I'd mind.  I just prefer that it not be smut for smut's sake.  If it fits the characters, and the story then it's okay.  And sex can also serve character development as well.

What are your limits in regards to pregnancy within plots?
(Are you okay with pregnancy in plots? Miscarriages? Loss?)
Yes, I'm okay with it, but I do prefer discussing that sort of thing first since it can have a big impact on characters.

What are your limits in regards to violent scenes?
(Are you comfortable with violent scenes? Do you prefer to imply it, fade to black, or play it out? Is there anything you won't write?)
Violent scenes can be okay but I haven't really tested my limits on them, so I'm not sure how far I would go with them.

What are your limits in regards to abuse/rape in plots?
(Are you comfortable with such themes? Do you prefer to avoid them? Do you prefer to imply it, fade to black, or play it out?)
Ask first, but otherwise, I might not mind playing it out, if the partner is okay with it.  It depends on how much it would affect the character.  I don't do it pointlessly, but so that I know what the character went through so that I can better write their reactions.  Whoo, psychology!

Are you okay with characters being transformed against their will?
(Think vampires and werewolves. Should a player ask before attempting to turn your character?)
Definitely ask - that's a big change to a character.

What about healing?
(For instance, if someone plays a blind character they may not want people to try and "cure" the character.)
I'm not sure this will come up, but just ask me first.

Anything else?
(Anything else you want to add that other players should know!)
Not much else to say, except that I look forward to playing!
