Physical Description
Honey blonde hair that has a natural wave to it and is about shoulder length, hazel eyes that seem to change from brown to green in different light, a thin, weak frame from constantly being in the hospital.
Personality
Child-like and distant at best, warped, manipulative and abusive at worst. She is incredibly emotionally unstable.

Evelyn possesses powerful telepathy and telethesia with one of the highest accuracy rates recorded. Unfortunately her ability to control these powers is severely lacking and is often tied to her emotional state. She has been known to lash out and destroy people mentally with her telepathy and then have no idea she did it.

History
Evelyn has spent most of her life slipping in and out of comas (some caused by her overwhelming psychic abilities, some caused my medical sedation). Most of them only lasted a few months but the most recent one had her sleeping for a few years. She has been living in a hospital room since she was 10 years old.
