I also recently joined over at SotE, so I'll post the same introduction here as I did there [I know, I know--I'm boring and lazy.]...

Hello, I'm Nike, and I'm one of the newer members here.

So, just to clarify, my current username is not out of fandom for the athletic brand. Actually, Nike is, in ancient Greek mythology, the embodiment of victory. Ooh. Spiffy, no? So, pretty much, right now I'm reading the Odyssey in school, and it has put my brain into a Greek mythology mindset. XD

I haven't really been role playing for very long compared to some, but I would say that I am definitely literate.

My main problem with role playing is that I take too long to reply, being a bit of a perfectionist in that arena. Major grammar and spelling mistakes are some of my biggest pet peeves. Plus, there's that procrastination factor -- I know, it sucks.

Hey Nike!

I'm Emma. I did not read your anime/manga list because I don't like it -gasp!-

YOu like Pride and Prejudice! Hooray! That's one of my favourite books and my positively favourite movie. Only the BBC version, mind. I think the new American one is crap on a stick.

I....don't know most of the music people you talked about and I don't like the rest ^_^ But don't mind that, I'm an incredibly critical person when it comes to music (and Pride and Prejudice American version) but I don't actually care about it all that much. So you may laugh condescendingly at my emphatic hatred of many things XD

Haha.  Well, we all have our opinions, no?  I haven't seen the BBC version of Pride and Prejudice.  I'll have to check it out .
