[Usha; Open capital of the Uras]
Droth; a red planet with mainly desert. It had changed a little since the Uras had crashed with their ship however. Not really flourishing but from sandstone a large walled city had been built. With rather wide fancy homes, bathhouses filled with water they traded on the neighbouring planet, even a small variety of crops were grown limited from the first seeds that had survived the crash.
Being the kind of people they were though, the city they built with their hands and technology salvaged from their ship, was open for everyone. Native and visitor. Under the condition not to resort to violence of course.
A market was going on in the early mornings before it would become to hot. White canvas provided some shade but certainly not enough.
Vivian, one of the Uras folk was born in Usha and with some large weapon nonchalantly on her shoulders she passed the market. Smiling as she passed a stand that had all kinds of glass animals. She had no time for shopping though. It was hunting time. And the creatures were huge. Still it had to be done. Food here did not grow on trees that well and just living of cacti and crops that could grow in this dry planet eventually got boring.
She reached the meeting place where a sandsurf vehicle was waiting with most of her hunting companions for today. Not all of them were Uras, there were various kinds of races that lived here. And everyone had to work equally hard. The lazy were not rewarded here.
''Morning.'' Vivian spoke with a seductive smile.
''Got miss foekiller fixed?'' a fellow Uras spoke. A mechanic who was checking the large open sand sled one last time.
''Ready for action just like me'' Vivian said with a grin. They were a few men to short though. But there was still some time until they have to go.
''What will we hunt today?'' she asked.
''A Tunneler. If we get it down we have food for a week.'' the mechanic said with a large grin.

Sobrik needed resources if he was going win this war. He travelled to Usha to make a trading agreement with the Uras, but before he negotiated anything it was apart of Agnar custom to hunt with his possible allies.
He signed up for a hunting party and was just arriving to the spot now. A sandsurf vehicle awaits with multiple people already there of all species but most where Uras.
Sobrik bows to the people already there. "Greetings fellow hunters I am Chief Sobrik Galeesh leader of the Koresh tribe.

''Pleasure to have you on board. I hope you have experience with hunting, we have a Tunneler today appearantly.'' Vivian said who walked forward and held out her hand.
Her kin kind of owed a lot to the Agnar. They were basicly the people who tought them the basics of hunting the overly large creatures here.
''Vivian is the name, one of the shooters.'' Something that certainly could be told by the large rocket launcher on her back.
The others introduced themselves as well but seemed a little less enthausiastic now knowing they would be taking down Tunneler which was a wurmlike creature that could grow to over 80 ft long. There was a lot of meat on one but outside they had a skeleton. Their head was very tough and taking one down was no easy job. They stayed underground though occasionally coming up if it felt food walking on the surface. They were no strangers eating their own kin either.
''Try to keep the outer skeleton as intact as possible. We can use it to make new items so we can trade with Auvis. We can not show up with our stained glass objects no matter how much they love and request them.'' the mechanic spoke and finished with the checkup of the vehicle. ''Spare sails are in the back. Shoot a flare if you've killed it.''

Sobrik shook Vivian's hand. "All Agnars are experienced hunters, even True Bloods. I've made sure my people keep that tradition."
He joins the rest of the people in the vehicle and sits next to Vivian. He admired how they were all equals here, even him. He is never keen on being treated specially because he leads all the civilized Agnar.
He turns to Vivian right before they head out. "A tunnler huh? I remember when all your people could hunt were desert hares. Your species has adapted well here." Sobrik gives off a hearty laugh.

''Desert hares have been longer ago then either our age I'm sure.'' Vivian replied with a chuckle. ''We do owe much to what your kin taught us. Fortunatly weapon wise we were already well adapted.''
The last few showed up and the sandsurfer made its way out of the city. It ran on both solar and wind power just like most of their other equipment. But solar power was preferably stored if the wind was enough.
The sails got unbound and were soon to pick up the wind.
The navigator who held a sort of radar gave directions to those controlling the wheel and sails and soon the city was far behind them.
''Chief Sorbrik Galeesh was it? What brings you out hunting with us. Last time I heard your name was ages ago.'' Vivian said as she started to load her weapon with its nessesary ammo.

"As you know my people are at a civil war between remaining nomadic barbarians or evolving into a modern civilization. I'm here to make trade negotiations with your people, but it is custom of me to hunt with my possible allies before making any negotiations."
The ground shakes from underneath them. "I believe we are reaching our starting destination soon." Sobrik does a quick prayer to the Goddess of the Hunt in preparation.

Vivian nodded in understanding.
''Let's hope then we can be of service.'' she said as she got on her feet. ''Debra throw the bomb. Lure it to the surface.'' Vivian sounded exited and soon a few short fuse bombs were thrown behind them. Going off one by one sending vibrations into the earth the Tunnelers used to find prey.
After two went off the creature surfaced at the location of the third but its size shocked all of them.
''Damnit we have a Queen! We are not equipped for one.'' the navigator said.
''Of course we are.'' Vivian said. Hunting always exited her and dealing with a queen although they were supposed to be going after a normal one, got the adrenaline pumping through her body.

A wide grin appears on Sobrik's face. "Now lets see how tough you Uras have truly become!" He jumps off the sled drawing his sword and turning the laser blade on.
"Vivian your rockets will cause enough vibration to attract it! Lead it on a path and me and the other hunters will climb it to hit it's weak spot!" Sobrik commands.

''Sobrik get your ass on the vehicle NOW!'' the navigator called. The driver turned around to pick the Agnar up. ''We NEVER leave the vehicle. Unless it explodes.'' Vivian said. ''Also my rockets are not meant for vibration.'' she said with a smirk on her pretty face.
''Estemated size of this queen is over 50 metres. Sure you do not want to retreat or call for another?'' the driver asked.
''We got this.'' Vivian assured and once close enough pulled Sobrik back on board. And on time too as tje Tunneler had felt Sobrik land and was headed towards him. ''Just keep in front of her.''
Tunnelers in general had an outer skeleton to strong for outer damage. They had learned to simply blow up the mouth. Or rather, the bone and flesh that kept the brain on its location.
Although with a regular Tunneler Sobrik's tactic might have worked.

Sobrik gets pulled back into the vehicle. "So this is the major divide between Uras and Agnar hunting interesting...I'll have to learn how to use my sword effectively on this."
He puts his arm around Vivian patting her shoulder. "You seem to have a proficient hunting mindset. How do you say we should proceed?"

''Shooting its hungry teethfilled excuse for a mouth to oblivion that's what.'' Vivian said as she braced herself on the end of the vehicle her rocket launcher on her shoulder loaded. The Tunneler had vanished beneath the sand again and after a few more grenades it resurfaced once more behind them.
''You will become our meal beastie.'' Vivian said with a smile and fired the first rocket which hit the inside of the Tunneler's mouth but not the location she wanted. She kept her cool though, and prepared her second.
''There is a second launcher if you'd like to join in handsome.'' Vivian said with a smirk. She enjoyed it to the fullest.

"I'll pass sweetheart, I'm not one for guns I've always liked the feeling of cutting into my prey. If you have any energy cells though I could supercharge my blade long enough for it to be of use."

''Use them well.'' A second shooter said who had a plasma rifle in his hands. A lopeared Uras with black fur and white spots handed Sobrik a handfull. ''For the record Vivian you are insane.'' he added.
He seemed more tense then Vivian who shot another rocket. It hit the mark and the beast shrieked but the blast was not enough to break the bone.
''I know I am.'' Vivian said with a grin. She did seem more focussed.

Sobrik bowed to the Uras who handed him the energy cells. "This should be plenty enough." He sees that Vivian hit the spot. "Only a little bit more fellow hunters!" Sobrik barks as he fills the pommel of his sword with energy cells.
Switching the blade on it now expands a good twenty feet. "Now this is what I'm talking about!" Sobrik jumps on the back of the sled and waits until the tunneler gets close enough and slashes into it cutting through the bone.
He retracts his sword as it wails in pain flailing. The ground started shaking and caving in. "What's going on?!" one of the hunters yells.
Sobrik gets back in his spot and responds. "I believe we're above a tunneler base and the ground is unstable because of the caverns!"

''Nice cut'' Vivian said with a smile as the inside of the head litterly collapsed in the Tunneler's huge mouth and after a long slide it stopped. Dead.
''According to our analysis and the radar their burrow is the other way. Hence we lured it this way.'' The navigator said and soon a bump was felt.
''There is another one! Fuck!'' the driver said who turned the wheel. Not to sharply though as it minded that there were people in the back. It did increase the speed but to late as a second Tunneler although fortunatly not a Queen emerged from the sand bumping against the back causing the end to be shot a metre into the air. Vivian being the only Uras with heavy arsenal that needed two hands and having nothing else to hold on was slung out of the vehicle and landed in the sand with her weapon next to her.
The female Uras cursed and grabbed her weapon before running away from the Tunneler that was now dangerously close to her. Uras were really good at running fast but the question was how long her endurance would be.
Tunnelers were fast too and did not take long until it slowly started to gain on her. And the vehicle was not exactly close by. At the least close enough for the others to fire what they had at the thing to slow it down.
Every step she took allerted the creature where Vivian was so she had to think of something rather now then in two minutes. She then however stopped and turned around. Seeing the creature getting closer this fast was frightning but she waited. Hearing another of the shooters call her name. When the Tunneler was close enough she jumped up high and landed on the creature's body.
''Find me now bitch'' Vivian said with half a smile. But it was not over yet. She would not be able to celebrate until the thing was dead.

"Don't get off the vehicle my ass!" Sobrik yells while jumping off the sled.
"Sobrik! how many times do I have to..." The navigator starts only to be cut off.
"Vivian is in trouble and I've handled regular Tunnelers before!" The Tunneler started charge at him and Sobrik stood there stomping. Whhen the Tunneler got close he side stepped it and slashed.
It barely missed to sweet spot, swearing under his breath Sobrik starts running forwards cutting the sword through it's body hoping to at least do some damage.

Whilest Sobrik was busy with the second Tunneler, his attackes significantly weakening the beast, Vivian made her to the top of the skull and placed the launcher on top of it. ''I will not be anybody's lunch today'' she said as she emptied the clips one by one. The first opened the flesh. The second cracked and the third broke the skull while the fourth blew up the brains.
Due to the speed the Tunneler moved about another 20 feet before stopping. Dead just like the queen.
Vivian was not completely clean though, dust and gore stuck to her fur like glue but she did not seem to care or notice as her adrenaline rush started to fade and heavily panting she slid off the Tunneler.
''Oi hot stuff... not bad...'' she said to Sobrik with half a smile.The sandsurfer returned as well. ''Gods Vivian! Are you crazy?'' the driver said once close enough.
''Me crazy? They should convescate your license to drive..'' Vivian chuckled.

The sounds of clapping was then heard as a black-haired woman with lightly tanned skin and a fiery scimitar sheathed at her side made her appearance then. "Not bad, not bad." she commented, still clapping. "I would have also nailed it from the head by blasting out its brains. A little incision with my weapon, drop in a bomb and you have one very dead Tunneler."
The warrior made her way over to them, and extended a hand in greeting. "The name's Yashana Joriin, of the Red Sands village." She looked over the group with a keen eye, noting everyone there, her gaze landing on Sobrik for just a moment. "I guess I missed all the fun then."

Sobrik cracked his neck and was the first to shake her hand then proceeded in a customary bow. "You sure did, that was one hell of a fight! But there are plenty of monster out here to kill, you just got to know where the good ones are."
Sobrik scans the woman up and down. "Red Sands, huh? So you must hate True Bloods too then? They seem to love to raid those human settlements."

''Alas my daggers lack the strength go go through their armored skin.'' Vivian said and shook Yashana's hand but with her left one as her right hand was still covered in blood and pieces of brain.
''Vivian. Nice to meet cha'' she said before looking at the vehicle. ''Cobra... fire the blue flare gun. Twice. The retrieval team can pick the tunnelers up for process.''
Cobra who was the navigator nodded and shot two flares in the sky. ''You do know the rules right Viv?'' then looked at Sobrik. ''Not sure if you are familiar with our rules but those who leave the sandsurfer buy a round of drinks. You kindof hopped off twice.'' he said with a grin.
Vivian shrugged. ''Can't be helped.'' Vivian said with a chuckle and looed at Yashana again. ''need a lift?'' she asked. Not immediatly spotting any kind of transport or companions that could have belonged to the human.

Shaking their hands, Yashana smirked. "I'll bet. I myself have killed plenty of beasts and monsters. Especially if they wander too close to my home. They don't stand a chance after that."
Yashana met Sobrik's eyes then. "True Bloods, huh. Yeah, there have been several of those vermin making their raids on my home community. But with the combined force of all the villagers, myself included, they bit the dust soon enough. I take it you're the leader of the Koresh tribe? You look it."
To Vivian, the warrior got out her fiery weapon, unsheathing it to show them. "That's why I carry one of these babies. After all, fire burns through just about anything." She also had a sharp dagger strapped to her other side, just above her knee on her upper thigh. A grayish bag was slung over one shoulder as well.
She chuckled. "I'm game. For both the ride and drinks. Maybe if we're lucky, another of them Tunnelers will come our way. My community could also use the meat. If you've got any to spare, that is."

Sobrik gives Cobra a smirk. "Well tradition is tradition, but let me make you an offer. I'll brew you a Black Cactus the hardest of Agnar liquors and if you can down one glass I'll pay for seconds too if not you gotta pay."
Turning back to the newcomer. "The headdress gave me away didn't it?" He gave off a hearty laugh. "You're my kind of person, hates True Bloods and loves the hunt."

"Well, that too. More so, its the way you carry yourself. You hold all the posture of a leader. The power, the strength, the glory. Need I continue?" Yashana said, looking him over again.
Sheathing her scimitar, she said, "I hate anything that dares to harm my community and its people."
Heading towards the vehicle then and giving the navigator a grin, her stance ever rippling with both inner and outer strength, Yashana looked back towards the duo. "Let's get those drinks then."

''I am sure we can spare something.'' Vivian assured. It was not often they had a doublekill.
''As for the drink, deal. I still need to buy one round since I fell off.'' she hopped on the sandsurfer. ''Come let's go. Celebration awaits.''
''How about a bath first. Gods...'' Cobra joked and Vivian grinned. ''Not be a bad idea. It is still morning we have time. The places where you can get a good drink in Drorth are not even open yet. I call for mixed group bath and get all the sand from between our hair and fur and clothes.'' she said and looked at Sobrik and Yashana.
The radar at the least was silent so there were no new Tunnelers in the near enviroment. ''Any plasma shells left?''
''Two. I gave the rest to Sobrik for his sword.'' the male Uras spoke. ''Kind of good that I did huh?''
''I would kiss you but it seems I'm covered in Tunneler goo.'' Vivian teased.

"Fine by me." Yashana said, regarding the bath. "And I'm sure I speak for all my people when I say thanks in advance for sparing some of the meat from your kills. We haven't had much meat to go around lately, only desert hares and geckos. Which is why I and several others have been sent out to find and hunt what we can. We split up into groups of two or three. I am obviously by myself though."
Cracking her knuckles with loud pops! she craned her head to look at Vivian then. "Yeah, tunneler goo does not become you." she remarked wryly. "Fraid' I didn't bring any soap with me so I'll have to borrow whatever you guys got."

"Well if everyone is getting into the bath together mine as well join in the fun. Cobra you better start this thing soon before we pick up another monster because I can't dishonor the gods and not hunt it." Sobrik chuckles ay his or statement.

"I'll bet I can take one down if we do run into another." Yashana's competitive drive surfaced then, a gleam of the hunt's fury evident in her eyes. "It would be an exciting thing for sure!"
Yet the ground was quiet and still for now, no sign of any other Tunneler prey coming their direction. Yashana heaved a disappointed sigh at this. "Well, let's go then. Real baths are hard to come by where I live." She smacked Sobrik on the shoulder then. "Plus I still got blood stains on my clothes from previous hunts that wouldn't fully wash out." Indeed she did have stains on her clothing, albeit dried brown ones.

With everyone aboard, the vehicle headed back to Usha. On the way back they met the retrieval vehicles. It was also heavily armed in case another beast showed up and moved a bit slower. But it was also bigger and designed to hover.
''Good luck guys!'' Vivian said with a grin.
The vehicle got returned and the mechanic seemed just as exited as the hunters were. Although petted the sandsurfer like a pet when hearing a Tunneler hit it from below and was soon focussed on fixing the damage done.

The public baths were quite something. The water had been imported from the nearby ocean planet in trade for trinkets of molded coloured glass which was something the merfolk and water elves loved there. Vivian paid for the whole group though and they got assigned a large bath that could easily fit double their numbers.
Vivian took a shower first though to get the goo off and joined last with a pleased sigh as she entered the warm waters, a towel wrapped around her body to keep her a little modest. It was a rule here. Only two days a week it was permitted to go 'full natural' and today was not that day.
''Thanks Viv'' Cobra said giving her a peck on the cheek.
''No problem at all.'' Vivian replied and exhaled with delight.

Depositing her weapons as well as leather tunic and gauntlets in a special locker right outside the bathing room, Yashana also undressed putting her clothes away too. Grabbing a towel she wrapped that around herself as the rules had been explained to her earlier. A bit disappointed though but she dealt with it.
Sinking into the waters as well, Yashana gave a contented sigh, before cracking her knuckles again. "Definitely much better than a sponge bath." she chuckled and relaxed in the water some, before rotating one ankle around in the green mineral warmth.
Her cleavage spilled out over the top of the towel as it was obvious to anyone she was very busty. Various scars also littered her skin, but not to the extent that it was unattractive. It just proved the woman had seen many battles in her life. Yashana had unwound her hair from its thick braid, and it now spilled loosely down her back in wavy curls, due to it being braided for so long. She leaned against the wall of the bath, and glanced over to the screens dividing the other baths from their view.
"Nice place here I say."

Sobrik was the last of the group to get in the bath because there where no towels that fit him. After getting a custom made towel he comes out and slinks into the bath.
"No kidding." Sobrik checked the woman more thoroughly now. It wasn't the size of her bust that made her attractive to him, it was the scars she bares. He wonders if Vivian wasn't covered in fur if she would have battle scars.
He then turns to the woman. "You know I don't think you told us who you are."

Yashana gave him a pointed look and then chuckled. "I know I did when we first met, unless you weren't listening?" She shook her head. "I'm Yashana, Yashana Joriin, warrior and hunter of my community. My community consists of four villages, all side by side."
Adjusting her position in the bath, and flinging a wayward piece of hair over her shoulder, Yashana looked at the others as she continued. "Everyone in my home is expected to contribute something, whether that be hunting, foraging, guarding or acting as a healer, we all have to do our part. I am no exception to that rule."
Touching a bunch of heavy scars on her right shoulder, she indicated to those with a hand. "See these? There had been a band of traveling giants who ventured too close to my home. Me and a few others quickly dealt with them, myself chopping off their leader's head and arms. But not before the malodorous bastard gave me a fierce blow to the shoulder with its spiked club. Luckily it wasn't poisoned."
Caressing the scars a bit, Yashana looked up. "So the bloke lay dead two appendages and a head shorter than what he had been. We killed off the rest pretty fast after that." The woman laughed lightly at this.

''I could show my scars but it would require to drop my towel.'' Vivian said calmly. ''Most of mine are not visable due to the fur. Only the big ones are''
She grabbed some soap and started to wash herself a bit more. ''I can not say I ever met a sand giant before though. Take me with you next time.'' she grinned. ''but you indeed were lucky.''
''Viv had a one on one batthe with one of the very large scorpions. The poison nearly killed her.'' Cobra said.
''Yea let's not talk about that.'' she said with a chuckle. Being covered in the foamy soap looked a little weird and she dipped herself under to rinse it off.
''Still you are one of the best fighters I know. And the most insane. Nobody would've considered jumping on the Tunneler'' he grinned and looked at Yashena. ''Here everyone is required to do their contribution to the community too depending on ones talents. Some are only devoted to making pretty things from this world's sand. Most that is made of it is traded at the ocean planet. Thank the Gods we have solar power though.''
''Other then a part of todays catch. Anything your people require? Surely with the towns leaders we can come to some agreedment. Nobody of the hunter team disagreed giving you a part of what we took down. But if you need more then we may need to ask things back.'' Cobra asked

"Ah yes I just mist have missed your name Yashana." Sobrik starts lathering himself with soap. It was kind of needless for because Agnars shed to get clean, even the scaled ones like him, but he would never turn down the chance of camaraderie. Plus it never hurts to get his scales shiny and smelling nice.
"Yashana can come with me." Sobrik replies to Cobra. "I am meeting with the leaders for a trade agreement and possible alliance after this, I can see what they can do for the humans. I would also like Vivian to come too, I must have at least one person I hunted with hearing this discussion as a sign of respect."

''Sure. If you think I am the right one to come with, I'm honored.'' Vivian replied. The bath was good and relaxing. She knew in her head very well how lucky she was. If she had not been an Uras she certainly would not have been able to run that fast and long.
And still. This was far better then the planet they originated from.
''Well if any of you need more manpower, I am available for hire. Many people in Usha are. Just be careful not to get ripped off your money. But if the leaders of this sandstone-spaceship-Droth creature skeleton town can think of something then it would be good. We do not have that much trouble regarding invading beasts''

Grabbing a bar of soap as well, Yashana began washing her body of any dirt or grime from traveling. Well, as much as she could reach since a lot of her body was covered by a towel. She soaped up real good, also washing her feet too. Running the soap through her long black tresses, she spoke up again.
"Those sand giants are nasty, but nothing my people cannot handle. Their numbers may be dwindling as far as I'm concerned. Good riddance I say." The warrior frowned at the mention of the scorpions but said nothing. After all her father had died from a deadly sting from a desert Hydra. Yashana, her brother Corbun and some others including guards had managed to slay the two in the vicinity, but not before the serpentine beasts killed both her parents. Her father and mother had fought valiantly but it hadn't been enough. Even their toughened endurance wasn't enough to counteract the fatality of the Hydras' poison. As far as she knew their poison was among one of the strongest of the desert creatures here, if not the strongest.
Rinsing her hair of suds, she leaned back a little savoring the warmth of the water. "Besides meat, we could use a few more cooking and eating utensils. Pots, pans, forks, and the like. Not much though, just to replace some of what is getting old and useless with age. In return, some of our poachers can trade various leathers, hides and dyes as well as salt from salt bushes that are more than plentiful in our area."
Yashana paused for just a second, thinking. "While the village leaders have acquired some dragon hide from a red dragon that used to live some miles away, we do have one or two spare pieces of that we could trade for something of equal worth. The dragon had been a nuisance several years back and a large group of us were sent out to hunt the creature down and kill it. It was not an easy task, or so I've heard. I was much too young at the time to go on such a mission though. Nearly two decades ago it was. The dragon yielded a lot of hide we used to make into armors, gauntlets and various other things. My father was on that mission then as well. He fought bravely, rest his soul."
To Sobrik's suggestion, she nodded. "Sure thing, I can do that. Would be good to discuss various trading and hunting prospects. My people have allied with the Uras in times past, although it's been awhile so none of you would probably remember it. Been about fifty years ago at least. Other peoples and nomadic groups we've also had plenty of contact with as well. So future alliances would be most welcome. And I don't doubt your city's fortifications are pretty sturdy." she remarked almost as an afterthought.
Wading a bit in the water, she dunked her head under to get the last remaining bit of soap off. "If'n we're lucky, we'll run across a minotaur or two. Fights like that really get the blood pumping. More horns to make tools out of."

"Great!" Sobrik announces as he finished up washing himself. "Then it's settled, may all our races truly prosper in hope that we will all have empires in the sand. This meeting shall be a great step forward for all of us."
Sobrik had expected the routine hunt then talk, but he has met so many skilled hunters and their camaraderie is undeniable. Truly the Five Deities have something big in store for him, Vivian, and Yashana he can just sense it.

'We lack the glasses of booze to cheer on that unfortunatly. I suppose we can celebrate tonight then.'' Vivian said with a short stretch before heading out of the water to sit on the edge of the bath.
Cobra grinned. ''Best to keep the drinking after meeting with the elders'' he added.
''After we finished up with the meeting, we can go to the usual place for celebrating. Food, good drinks and pleasant company. What more can we ask for.'' Vivian said with a grin.

Yashana also finished up after one last dip in the water and got up then, wringing out her hair over the edge of the bath. "Exactly my kind of celebration, gathering with those who had taken down two Tunnelers. A pity I wasn't there to partake in the fight."
Rotating her shoulders some, Yashana cracked her knuckles again and said bluntly, "Well, let's get cracking then. Time's awasting."
Going over to a side room to dry herself off as per the rules stated, then went to retrieve her clothes, boots and leather tunic putting them back on. Grabbing her weapons and bag of belongings from the locker she had put them in, Yashana was ready to roll. "Let's head out now. Day's not getting any longer." For it was already late afternoon as it was, the shadows shifting about as the sun's rays shone down brightly.

Sobrik got out and changed. "Ok ladies of the hunt lets head out." Sobrik left the bathhouse, he stands at the end of the street for a little bit before turning to Vivian. "So...I've never actually have done direct dealings with your people before. Where is the building your leaders reside in?"

''In the middle layer. Don't worry I know the way.'' Vivian said as she headed to the changing rooms. Those were not private though and discarding the towel nonchalantly before she got to drying her fur and hair. Indeed there were pretty nasty scars on both her back, chest and legs.
When done the group split up. One would do their own thing until it was time to drink at the decided place, and the other existing out of Sobrik, Yashana and Vivian would head out to meet those elders. Well. More like the people who kept this city running.
It was a good walk though and by the time they crossed half the city, it was the sandstone that radiated the warmth of day as the sun slowly made its way to dusk.
After stating their business the guards let them pass and two guided them to the right room where they were offered something to drink, and something small to eat. The leaders would arrive shortly.

Arriving there, Yashana sat down at a table with the other two. Signalling to one of the servers there, she bluntly more or less stated what she wanted to drink and eat. "Vodka for me. Or whiskey if you don't have the former. Soup too."
Exhibiting her normal tough persona, she turned back to her companions, tossing her now braided hair over one shoulder. "Nice place here." she commented. "Spacious too."

Rather then alcohol though they got served a large pot of what seemed a minty drink. Alcohol never got served with the meetings and that if they wanted something stronger they should visit a bar. There was soup though. And rather served in a usual bowl, the bowl was made of baked bread which could be eaten once the soup that was in it was finished. The soup being a kind of nice smelling vegetable soup with some pieces of meat in it. It's texture easily regocnised as Tunneler meat.
If those Tunnelers were not their main food souce regading meats, Vivian surely would've thought she had seen enough of it for the rest of the week. But did not complain.

Scowling when her order for alcohol was denied, the warrior soon found she rather liked what was served instead. Plus the soup and bread bowl. But still looked forward to a good strong drink later.
Chewing on a piece of tunneler meat, Yashana turned to Sobrik then. "So Sobrik, how many years have you been Chieftan of the Koreth tribe? I'd bet it's quite a few."

"About twelve years...I was a mere teenager when I took my father's mantle. He was the founder of the Koreth, but I was the one who truly unified them making us all Koreth." An Uras appears before them.
"Chieftain Sobrik Galeesh the Elders are ready to meet you."
"Very well I am ready to begin negotiations."

A total of five Elders walked inside. One representing every different kind of species who lived in this city. No matter how minor they were, every race got am Elder seat to speak for their people. They did not speak until they took their seats however.
''Welcome Chieftain Sobrik Galeesh. Vivian and warrior Yahana from the human settlement. What is it we can do for you.'' The Uras Elder spoke.

The elder had arrived and Sobrik sits straight up in a diplomatic position. "I am here to negotiate a trade deal and possible alliance with your people. I have done the custom of hunting with the natives of this city and they have proven to be true warriors and comrades." He gestures to Vivian.
"Yashana the human has business of her own, but she is a worthy ally."

"We have plenty of weapons, but there is only so much we can hunt in so little time. If the True Bloods make their advances then we will have no time to hunt at all and we'll run out of food. So The Koreth Tribe offers you authentic Agnar weapons which allow you to fight almost anything up close and win for shipments of food. Every shipment of food you send us we'll send weapons back."

We will have to most likely assemble extra teams. Other then hunting, we would most likely need to plan a few more journeys to Auvis to trade goods for their water, and extract the salt from it to build more crops.''

Yashana took that time to give her input as well. "My people also require meat and other food you can offer, as well as a few cooking and eating utensils as some of ours are getting useless with age. Plus more water for our water pit is always a good trade-off. In return, we can offer a few things of our own. Various leathers, furs and dyes we have salvaged, even a spare piece of dragon hide our village leader might have on hand. Should be enough to make a set of bracers and maybe a pair of boots as well if nothing is wasted. We also have some medicines and ointments to spare too. And if your people are in need of any salt, the salt bushes around our community number in the high dozens. Plus we also have a variety of extra weaponry."
The warrior sat back in her seat, satisfied and took another hearty swig of the minty drink. "We would be mighty appreciative."
