Physical Description: Black brushed hair. Green eyes with a tint of blue. Medical mask around his neck. Blue hoodie with the hood up. under the hoodie is a dirty red t-shirt. Ripped jeans. Black boots. Holster with a pistol with five bullets left and dull knife. Scar on his left cheek.
Personality: Loves to see new people. His mood is usually happy. His fears are death, clowns, and the ocean.
Magic/Abilities: He's very good at being stealthy and can be very hard to detect.

History:
Quitin was born in the Waste Lands. As he grew up he dreamed of being a hunter or scout for he was very skillful on sneaking up on animals, but often scavenged for supplies for his family. The next following years he worked on his stealth. When he was the age 18 he family grew very ill with radiation poisoning. His father gave him a pistol and a forged pass to get inside Teinar to help prevent him from getting sick with radiation poisoning. At age 19 his family passed away. At age 20 he became a scout for Teinar. He's been working for Teniar ever since.
