Could raggie be conscripted? hahah. Just pictured him meeting some dude and they say something akin to "We have determined that you where 16 years old before you turned into a sludge man and now its time for you to serve''

Hahaha, I'm not sure he could, that's one I'll leave to you whether you want to throw him on the fire or not. ^_^
