Yeees, so... My pilot-boy Victor needs a candidate to abuse... I mean... To train! >_> And teach in the many cultured and civil ways of pilot-dom, ahahah. 8D

So, what are the rules on Candidacy? BEcause I just made a guy...who is in his 20-40s, black...doesn't have psychic abilities? Do you get them when you become a Pilot? Or do I fail straight away?

Haha, well, apparently they DO need psychic abilities to be drafted. I wasn't too sure either so I had to check with the all-knowing Draco.

Oo, if you have anyone else I could make someone, or you could use Demya or Darga. Demya has previous flying experience, Darga doesn't.
