Physical Description
Rachel's on the tall side at 5'9" with a slender, average build that's not particularly athletic--because she's not. Her hair is blonde and shoulder-length, falling down in layers than frame her face, and her bangs are cut straight across and come down to her eyebrows. Her skin is a light copper color, and her eyes are gray. Darker freckles dust the bridge of her nose and her cheeks. She has three piercings in each ear, but no other piercings to speak of and no tattoos.
Personality
Optimistic and amiable. Rachel is also a very driven individual and unlike many of the other candidates, she actually wants to become a Pilot. Of course she doesn't want to go to TRIM so that's a motivating factor, for certain, but she also genuinely wants to follow in her brother's footsteps and do something big and meaningful with her life. Thus, she's determined to get there.
When faced with a challenge, Rachel likes to make the most of the situation and tends to cope through humor, and she tries to find the bright side of even crappy situations. Got stuck with janitorial duty? Make a game out of it!
She's outgoing and extroverted and not at all prudish; in fact, she quite enjoys casual flings. The baby of the family that got doted on by her older brother, she's a bit spoiled, as well, and can be selfish and Me-centered. She's a go-getter that's driven and not afraid to pursue what she wants at all costs.
She's an intelligent person, as well, though her smarts lie more in books. She's very studious and enjoys getting good marks, but when faced with tasks that don't come out of a book, well...that's where she has issues.

Rachel's powers are nothing remarkable; in fact, they are very comfortably average.
Relationships
Gabriel Tierney (http://remnants.spiritsoftheearth.net/smf/index.php?topic=1280.0) - Her older brother. For the most part, they get along swell and he's quite protective of her...but that's not to say they don't have their differences. They do, and a lot of them, which results in a lot of sibling bickering over generally stupid things.
