Personality: Quick to annoy, Marcus is quick to snap when being irritated by someone, his short temper taking many by surprise, especially considering his size. However he is a loyal ally and his short temper is countered with a light hearted side, which he does exercise from time to time.
Appearance: Appearing mostly human save for green skin and hair, Marcus’s most distinguishing feature is his height – stood up straight he is no taller than 3.5 inches tall. Despite his age he retains his youthful features and so far shows no signs of aging.
Background: Subject to experiments infusing magic and technology, it’s been sixty years since Marcus became the way he is, and he has long ago wiped any files he can find concerning himself or the experiment in question: it seems only he and those still alive from the experiment still have any knowledge about how he became The “Cyber Fairy”.
Anything else you'd like to add? Uses magic to manipulate machinery, particularly computer networks. His power enables him to manipulate a computer without using an input system, the only system he is not able to manipulate fully are those controlled by an A.I., and even then he is able to communicate with A.I.s as well as challenge their supremacy within systems.
Marcus’s weapon of choice is a forearm-mounted retractable blade, which he uses to distract or temporarily blind any aggressors, and although more of a sting than a fatal wound, it is more than capable of drawing blood and if stabbed in the right place (Marcus generally prefers to go for the throat, eyes, or more sensitive areas) can easily stop someone for at least a moment or two.
Marcus also has a pair of prosthetic wings, made with a metal alloy frame and sheets of durable, flexible plastics, the wings are grafted right into Marcus’s back, and are controlled by his muscles, nervous system and magic. Capable of letting him fly easily, they are nonetheless tiring to wear, especially if flying for any longer than a few minutes. As a result Marcus prefers to walk or hitch a ride on other people if not in a hurry.
