Vakar had heard of Section 5 when he was on Teinar. Some peace organisation with lots of money. He had contacted them, and they had wanted to study the nano-suit. So he said he would let them. Couldn't hurt to know more about it.
He was sat in the room for quite a while. Just a standard, high end patient waiting room, like A&E. But more peaceful.
He was waiting for the final results. To know exactly what the extent of the damage was. But he wondered who there was to talk to about what to do after his trip to TRIM to find out what they did. Perhaps mercenary work, or perhaps this would do.
He tapped his foot in time with the clock on the wall. It was nerve wracking still, being in a hospital. He felt like he had done it before. He probably had. But to him, he could only think of waiting for a baby. Maybe he had a son? A wife? Family... But they had been taken long ago. He felt like he was waiting for bad news.

Myria's tail was twitching with anticipation. She had come in that morning for a simple pregnancy test, and was eagerly waiting for the results. It was nerve racking, to say the least, but something told her it'd be fine, regardless of the result. She wasn't sure what prompted her to request it, as she was a virgin, and had never even been in any relationships, but something still didn't feel right. That was evidenced by the fact she didn't wear her usual garb, but instead wore a simple white blouse and a long, brown skirt with some open-toe dress shoes.
Looking across the room, she saw a man sitting, tapping his foot, waiting for news, it seemed. Walking over, she sat down next to the stranger, and extended her furry hand, introducing herself as she did.
"I'm Myria, pleasure to meet you."

"Vakar..." He held his hand out and the gown fell off, revealing the cold metal nano-fibres coating his hand. He hated them, but they were useful. They were his own. Custom engineered to his body. Enhancement.
"What you in for?" Vakar spoke with some vindication, but was more clear that he didn't want to be here really. It made him feel like he had memories.

The question made Myria feel a little nervous, but she answered anyway
"A pregnancy test." She said. She noticed the hand she was shaking. Cold, almost metallic feeling, which was odd, but then she realized that he was wearing a nano-suit.
"So, why are you here?" She asked. She was curious, but if Vakar didn't want to answer, that'd be fine, too. Hospital waiting rooms made everyone nervous.

"I feel like I'm waiting for really bad news, but I am waiting to see just what TRIM did to me so I can burn their hides to hell and back. Who'd you sleep with? Don't worry, doubt you'll ever see me again. I can keep a secret." Vakar was trying to ease away from the gut feeling he had, the pain of a memory locked away creeping up on him.

"I never slept with anyone. I've been a virgin all my life." She honestly. Her job required that, and she wasn't going to let her employers down. Although, if by miraculous means she was indeed pregnant, she wouldn't get an abortion, either, regardless of what her bosses said.
As Myria was pondering what to say next, a nurse came in carrying two clipboards, and there were only two people in the waiting room at the time.
"Alright, results came in for both of you." She said, separating the clipboards. "So, which one of you wants to see them first?"

"Can I have mine first please? I know it's rude to butt in and say that but I have this dreadful gut feeling like I'm going to be told both my wife and child died in labour even though I don't know if I am married or not, I just need the peace of mind of knowing." He gave an apologetic look to Myria, trying to make it clear that he was genuinely scared.
He felt sick, to the core, he had been so scared for ages, it was horrible. He had a knot in his stomach and it needed untying. He was going to kill something in a spectacular, gory way otherwise.

"Alright, then. If you would please follow me, we can go over your results in private" the nurse said, motioning for Vakar to follow.
"Oh, and sweetie," the nurse said, looking at Myria, "the doctor said he'd like to speak with you personally."
That was a dreadful sign. The only two times a Section 5 doctor would speak with a female patient directly was either because the woman in question was barren and thus unable to have children, or the patient had cancer. Either way, it put a big knot in Myria's gut.

"I'd like to just hear my results now please nurse, I have to kill every damned TRIM employee I find, so I wanna know just what I need to do to get payback. But if you insist, I will budge. I'm here to be studied, not make a fuss." He sat waiting for the nurse to answer him, and gave Myria a hopeful look.

"Alright. Well, for starters, it's not as bad as you may think." She started, "the nano suit is integrated into your skin, yes, but it appears to be a sort of exoskeleton. An exoskeleton that would be hard to remove, but an exoskeleton nonetheless. To address your concerns as to whether or not you're missing any organs, everything is right where it should be."
She then looked at Myria, who seemed even more anxious to hear the results of her own test, and the nurse didn't blame her. Before Myria could get up, the doctor walked in, and took Myria's clipboard from the nurse, and sat down next to the vulpine strategist.

He felt the knot untie itself, and felt like he could breathe again. He'd got some good news for once.
"And the nanites? How extensive is their work?" Vakar asked before the nurse left.
"They are irremovable. The nanites are attached to the very fibres of your muscles, your heart, your blood cells." The nurse was a bit more solemn with that bit of information.

Myria listened in, and was somewhat relived to see Vakar's good news. However, her own heart was racing as she awaited the doctor's voice. He was old, but had a gentle completion about him, so ethign that made Myria calm down a little.
"Myria, you said when we began this test you were a virgin, is that correct?" he asked, wanting to confirm the sated fact.
"Yes, doctor, I am." She answered.
"Well, Myria, to the surprise of everyone, even myself..... " He said, his voice solemn and concerning.
What the doctor said next would be among the most memorable moments of her life.
"You better figure out what your going to name your new baby!" He said. He showed Myria the clipboard, but she didn't need to see it. Myria's eyes were watering with tears of joy. She didn't even care how it happened, she just knew she'd be a mother soon.
But then, another thought crossed her mind. My bosses are not going to be happy....

"Well done." Vakar thought of something.
"Anything there that has been cut out? My brain is intact? I just have severe amnesia, can't remember anything from before TRIM. Before I escaped anyway. If you can cure my amnesia, I will stay and help in any way I can you know. I'm a good soldier, follow orders well, give good commands. I'm efficient." He was just trying to solve his memory problems, but if that meant he owed these people a favour or service, he would do it.

"No, there's nothing missing from your brain" the nurse said. The doctor, having given the most joyful news Myria had ever heard in her life, went over to the nurse, and continued.
"However... Vakar, is it? Well, you see, nothing is missing from your brain, but through some dicey surgery, they were able to block off your memories. It is fairly simple to repair, although you may not like what might be your former life." The doctor said,
"And, if you wish to join Section 5, you can talk to that fine young lady over there" he added, gesturing towards Myria, who was still weeping in joy from the news she received a few seconds earlier.

"I would do anything to get my memory back. I don't care if I don't like it, that's better than not knowing at all." Vakar had just agreed to surgery from some weird organisation who called themselves section 5. Wonderful.

"Well, see, we don't normally have the equipment necessary for any kind of brain surgery, but it doesn't take but a week to get it in." The doctor explained, "So you'll have to wait until next week for the surgery. Until then, you can talk to Ms. Elveti over there about getting a job with Section 5."
Myria had calmed down by now, at least, she wasn't crying, but she was still happy about the new baby. Of course though, Section 5 didn't have maternity leave, at lest, not to her knowledge, so she'd have to work that out with The Director himself. But, when she heard the doctor mention her name to Vakar for recruiting, her mind snapped back to the matter at hand.

"Hey, Myria, looking for a new super-squaddie?" Vakar asked her with a grin.
"Cause it's showtime for me..."

"Well, I suppose we could use some new field agents" she said, her tone more formal than before, "My office is just across the lot. Would you mind waiting until tomorrow for an interview? I'm still taking in everything."

"Of course. As long as I can snap some TRIM necks for what they did to me." Vakar cracked the nano-suit's knuckles, which were covers for his own.
"Cause they took everything from me. Now I wanna take everything from them."

The day passed with relatively nothing else notable happening. The next day, however was different. Myria walked to work from her apartment everyday, and today was no different. However, her attire was. Instead of the casual, laid back outfit she wore off duty, today she wore her usual outfit; the black cargo pants, combat boots, white blouse, and the black greatcoat. With the officer's hat she wore on her head, she really looked the part of Captain.
Walking into the recruitment office, she waved politely at the secretary, and continued to an office she had reserved the previous day. Closing the blinds for secrecy, she heard a knock at the door. Upon opening it, she saw the one man she hoped she wouldn't have to talk to anytime soon: The Director.

Vakar arrived in time to see the Director go in, and sign in.
"The first room there." Vakar had been told. He thought the Director was in the next room.
He knocked on the door, waiting for an answer.

"Myria, you have been a good agent, and an even better officer. I want to know how this happened!" The Director said, referring to Myria's pregnancy. She wasn't even going to ask how he found out; The Direector had eyes and ears in every part of the organization.
"Sir, I don't know." She said, She truly didn't know how she even conceived the child, being a virgin.
"As you are my best officer yet, ther won't be any punishment. However, if the child becomes an obstacle in your work, I will ask you to resign your current position." The Director said. He was being reasonable, and Myria knew it. Then, she heard a knock at the door. Opening it, she let the Director leave, and saw Vakar standing there.

"Myria." Vakar's hand went up in a full salute ((OOC: British salute, I don't like him doing the American salute)), and shot back down again.
He stepped inside, his helmet still on, analysing items.
"No threats posed... All items evaluated." The voice was just pure sexy. He loved R.H.I's new voice to pieces.

"No need for formalities, Vakar." She said, offering him a seat. The her office was quite large, with a large mahogany desk and high back chair dominating the room. There was also a pair of nice looking chairs that sat in front of the desk. Myria herself sat behind the large desk, which had some paper and an old typewriter on it.
"So, Vakar, while I already know why you want to join with Section 5, it had to go on record. So, could you please repeat the information?" She said, loading the type writer with a few sheets of paper.

"It's my way of repaying the favour for giving me my memories back, and to kill as many TRIM torture masters as possible. I wanna get even with them." He analysed what she was writing, or rather, R.H.I. did, feeding him information as it processed it.

"Alright. With that down, what are some of your talents? What can you bring to Section 5?" She asked as she typed away on the typewriter, the keys clicking away as she did. She loved the type writer better than a modern computer, as it was in someways easier to understand. When she planned missions or thought up strategies for other departments, she often used a touchscreen tabletop that flipped up from the desk.
"Also, how would you best describe yourself, Vakar?" She said, asking another question.

"I can cloak..." He activated the cloaking system on the nanosuit and was damn near invisible, the nanites chaining to form an outer layer of Meta-materials, bending light around him.
"I can absorb massive amounts of damage." He switched to the armour mode, and stood up.
"Do you have a sidearm with you?"

"Indeed, I do" the vulpine captain said, producing her revolver from her greatcoat. It was by no means standard issue for any officer, most of whom used a pistol of some variety. However, she left the revolver on the desk, and motioned for the now armored Vakar to sit down.
"Im sure we can test this some other time." She said, a smile creeping across her furry face as she said that. This man had potential to be a fine agent, and she would make sure he was pushed to his limits.

"If I had to sum myself up in one sentence, I would describe myself as cunning, efficient, dedicated and motivated. I won't fail a mission. It's not in my nature to fail a mission." He sat back in the chair as motioned.
"I will always finish the job."

"Well said, but I haven't seen you in action yet." Myria said, her smile still where it was. She kept typing, her revolver sitting beside the clacking typewriter.
"If your wondering I want to hold off on that armor test of yours, my gun fires .45 caliber rounds forged from steel, and infused with thermite and another volatile compound. They explode on contact, and Id rather not burn the building down" she said, lightly chuckling as she did. She actually had never used the new explosive rounds she'd been given, and personally didn't want to blow up the building, or herself, especially since she was carrying a child.

"I'll prove it to you. One thing I warn you about, is that I'm not a team player. I would rather work solo if that is ok? I would rather not get bogged down with teammates who I have to protect, I'm better at blasting through alone. I get my teammates killed." Vakar thought it was better to state that now that have her disappointed because she lost a lot of good men trying to keep up with him.
"And nice, I myself use a custom built phase rifle, with high energy photon rounds, vibrating at 600,000 hertz."

"Well, then. As a test of your ability, Im going to seem you to a TRIM facility out in the frontier. Furthermore, you'll be going in with a squad of four other men, myself included. In Section 5, we don't do solo missions unless its absolutely nessecary." she said, smiling like the devil. She got up from her desk, holstered her revolver, and led Vakar down to the briefing room, where all field agents received orders.

He followed her to the briefing room. He could do too much when he was in the field, and teammates usually couldn't keep up. That got people killed.
"So, Ms. Boss, what's the plan?"

"Well, you see, this comes straight from The Director. We are to infiltrate the facility, and destroy all their records and research." She said, putting a vest of body armor over her blouse. It was designed to stop all but the most powerful bullets and projectiles.
Buttoning up her coat once more, she assembled the squad, which was comprised of the best field agents Section 5 had. They knew who Myria was, but Vakar didn't. He was unaware that his new boss was The Reaper's Mistress of Section 5.

"You're coming too I take it? You sure you wanna?" Vakar took the folded shape off his and pressed a button. The gun unfolded. The hum was sudden and sharp, and Vakar could feel the power.
"She's called Snake Bite, or as R.H.I, my suit computer likes to call her, the Voraxian." He cocked the rifle, and pressed a button, at which point the gun transformed again, becoming an assault rifle.

"Well, well. That certainly is a nice gun. However, as I wish to see what the limits of your abilities are, you'll be using a standard issue AR-29 Damhnait, chambered for 13x20 millimeter steel ammunition, with a Starlight x2 focus sight." She said, handing Vakar the weapon she had just specified. It was big, and powerful.
"As for myself... Ah, Dexter, could you grab the garrote wire, please?" She said, asking the floor assistant to fetch her favorite weapon. With it, she could easily cut through the thickest armor, and slice a man clean in half.

"Someone tried garrotte wire on me once, they broke the wire. The nanites ate through it." He picked up the weapon, and R.H.I analysed the components for potential issues.
He checked all the armour modes, first the cloak, then the armour, then the power. He could break things now. He turned the mode to normal, and was still super human. He cocked and checked the rifle over.

"Well, then...." Myria laughed. Taking the garrote wire from Dexter, she quickly remembered how to use it. Wrapping it around a training dummy designed to resist every possible weapon invented, she clenched her fist, and the garrote wire sliced it in to multiple pieces.
"This wire is augmented with a nanite-resistant coating." Dexter explained, cautiously moving around the room, "I wouldn't make Captain Myria angry if I were you.
Myria chuckled at the remark, and retracted the wire to a small magically rotating bundle around her hands.
"Well, I see the Reaper's Mistress will be joining you all, then" to was The Director, walking down the stairs. All of the occupants in the room gave a salute.

Vakar stood to full attention and saluted, albeit in his own fashion. He had learnt different military drill. No this stuff.
"Sir."
He held the salute, waiting to be dismissed.

"At ease."
The entire room relaxed. The Director walked over to Myria, and put a hand on her shoulder.
"Myria here was our best field agent. She retired from the field not too long ago, and became an officer. However, I've called her back to the field for one last mission." He said, revealing Myria's past as a field agent for Section 5. Myria's tail wagged with excitement, she hadn't had this much fun in a while.
"Now, Im sure she has briefed you all on the mission?"

"Search and destroy sir. The target may as well have never existed..." Vakar threw the armour mode on, and the armour became shiny, coated by artificial diamonds. He looked like an iron man.

"Well, then, get moving" The Director said.
As the group left to begin their mission, he stopped Myria, and pulled her aside for a moment.
"Look, that kid of yours will never know what you did with Section 5, understand? You may have been a good field agent, but even I know that a family line of warriors never ends well." He said, referring to the child that Myria was carrying. He dismissed her, and bid her good luck on her mission.

Vakar boarded the Hover-APC to go, and the shuttle pilot was just waiting for MYria now.
"Let's go and get this shit done boys." He cocked his rifle and knocked on the cockpit, and they took off.
