Ship Description:
The Vermilion is a large ship meant to over power smaller ones and has a few small shuttles and fighter ships on board. It's cargo bay, brig and loading dock take up most of the interior while the outside is artillery heavy. She has incredible cloaking capabilities for a ship of her size and is manned by a crew of about 30. The rest of her space is largely dedicated to living quarters, the bridge, kitchen, mess hall, and on board gym.
The ship and the crew mostly deal with abducting stock to sell into the slave trade, but they will also take any loot that can be sold. They will seize smaller ships and pick them apart as well as kidnap people off the Edani frontier and sometimes space stations.
About the Crew:
The crew is part of a larger Edani pirate gang to which they pay a percent of their spoils to. Most of the Vermilion's crew has been involved in the gang for years but a few members have been picked up from the Cancer as long as they don't mind getting their hands dirty and don't have any hang-ups about selling / killing people. Most of the crew is versatile and can handle a myriad of jobs and tasks, not just their own position on the ship. The work load is dictated by Darvish and he will not hesitate to kill (or sell) any insubordinate crew.
