Weeei slowly pulls himself out of the radioactive water, dripping in radioactive sludge. Weeei grunts and wipes himself off. He pulls his clothes out of the water tight bag, and quickly puts it on.

He glances around, he came out of a river that passed through one of the many destroyed cities. Most of the buildings were destroyed, but what looked like a library was one of the remaining structures, and that was what he was after.

Weeei attaches the bag to his waist and carefully, but quickly, makes his way to the seemingly empty library.
