Physical appearance
Height: 175 centimeters
Figure: Sen Ryuu is an attractive woman, with well-developed curves at the right places, but more than that, she is frightening. She has visible, though not bulking muscles, not an ounce of unnecessary fat, and her strength is apparent through her entire self.
Hair: Black, straight, and silky like that of most Adachis, in a somewhat scruffy state with long bangs, falling by her eyes, as she has no time to take proper care of it, reaching to her chin in an unruly, tomboyish haircut. Most of her hair is swept back, though it doesn't stay that way for long and it falls aside and lines her face.
Skin color: Porcelain pale
Eye color: A vibrant, bright golden, almost amber, lined by a very dark circle on the outside.
Facial features: Her facial features are sharp to a point, as she has a pointed chin, strong jaw, and pronounced high cheekbones, while her nose is fairly small and her lips are quite narrow. Her almond-shaped eyes may have long lashes, but their color makes them somewhat frightening. That gives her a slightly eerie appearance, along with the visibly sharp canines that become very apparent when she laughs. She does bear the typical elegance that her clan is known for, but in a much more raw and rough way.
Distinguishing marks: Her teeth is sharp, and more apparently than that of other family members, and her body is significantly scarred - most scars aren't to be found on her face, but her forearms, back, and abdomen bear quite a deal of them.
Clothing: She wears the standard black Shihakusho of Adachi warriors, with the addition of black wraps around her chest and forearms - both for protection, and for the concealment of her scars, as she dislikes people staring at them. She does wear a long white and sleeveless haori, though that is stained and rugged, its edges completely torn, and most of those scrap-edges are red or brown rather than white. She carries her soul-cutter behind the sash at her side.

Personality
Sen Ryuu bites, and she has sharp teeth. It would be an insult to call her battle-hungry, as her goal is to fight, fight, fight, fight, and fight once more to prove - to herself and others - that she is strong! She is a very violent fighter, and there is nothing she'd enjoy more than a good battle, and tends to even stretch fights by holding back to get as much enjoyments out of them as possible, willing to even let her opponent harm her (what is the cause of her numerous scars).
However, she, despite her brutality, refuses to fight injured or weak opponents. She doesn't always land a death blow if she does not feel obliged to. She has great respect for those equal or higher in power, and will honor those who have defeated her in a fight greatly.
She is driven by an insatiable urge to increase her power and become stronger, and does not become frustrated by defeat, instead using it as a motivation to try harder to beat her own self.
She likes fun more than working - as can be clearly seen through her battles - and tends to be a big slacker in paperwork, usually seen training for battle instead.
She's shown to be very confident and headstrong, always fighting for her way, and destroying whatever gets into it, but she is also quite hot-headed and aggressive, not afraid to punch or kick her subordinates as a punishment.
She has a tendency to speak loud, and has a very sharp, sarcastic sense of humor.
Quite surprisingly, she is also quite perceptive and intelligent, and has a good tactical mind. She hates to be considered less than male fighters, and will go out of her way to prove that she is not, and that she can kick their ass in a fight.

Skills and combat abilities
Physical: Sen Ryuu possesses a quite large amount of strength, just as she is difficult to injure and incapacitate. She can carry more than twice her weight for an extended period of time, and she lands blows that appear to exceed her limits if judged by appearance. A concentrated blow from her, with combination of martial arts techniques, can utterly destroy a wall of a standard house.
Her highly-offensive, rough, and hard fighting style may seem like blind hacking at the first sight, but actually has a great amount of finesse and technique. She focuses on attacking, however, her defense is not too lacking, either. She has mastered swordfighting and uses it with deadly skill, and is well-known for her fierce and wild attacks. She will, however, often hold herself back in order to prolong her fight and increase her enjoyment, so she rarely uses her full skill in battle, as even without it, she is capable of slicing through large solid objects, such as stones and walls, seemingly with ease.
She can take on a large number of average armed opponents and those many times her size with ease, and she is very skilled in fighting unarmed, often deploying her knowledge of this fighting style in combat. She's capable of completely protecting herself with her bare hands, though her fighting without weapons closely resembles the style of her armed fighting, deploying a lot of force.
She is also rather fast, and though not matching her captain, she can keep up even with the fastest warriors for some amount of time.
As one of the few Adachis that can effectively wield a firearm, when deprived of her sword, she can grab a gun, and shoot stuff with it just as effectively, though she dislikes firearms, since they make fighting too easy.
Magic: She possesses a high level of spiritual energy, matching Hatsune, and maybe exceeding her a little, and she can cast low to mid-level spells with great effect even without an incantation. However, she does not employ this skill too often, and prefers to use other combat methods, or, when necessary, combining spells with other methods of fighting.
Weapon of choice: Katana

Sen Ryuu's soul-cutter is somewhat longer than the usual katana, and its name is The Hunger. It has a dark grey hilt and a guard in the shape of a rugged eight-pointed star. It allows its owner to take the energy of whatever they are fighting - when Sen Ryuu stabs her opponent, she can take her his life force, magic, practically any form of energy including those such as heat, emitted by the body, for the period of time its blade touches the body of its opponent.
