Physical appearance
Height: 184 centimeters
Figure: Slender, but rather muscular. Tsuruki has a rather imposing and well-kept physique of wiry muscles, enveloping a moderately thin frame. He doesn't have exceptionally broad physique, but training and exercising every day paid back in the form of rather admirable muscles.
Hair: A spiky, rough mess of dark blue (which is rumored to be dyed, and naturally having a bright teal or turquoise color). A few strands usually fall into his eyes, but the rest is in a spiky, casually unkempt manner. It's kept quite short to get it out of the way when fighting.
Skin color: Pale, to the point where it appears unnaturally drained of all color, Tsuruki has the color of paper, and doesn't like that.
Eye color: Bright, vibrant turquoise.
Facial features: Quite sharp, Tsuruki has large almond-shaped eyes, a quite strong jaw, but with a pointed chin, and his face is somewhat thin. His lips are thin, but capable of stretching into an insanely wide and scary grin. He has a rather youthful and attractive appearance, and his face is very expressive.
Distinguishing marks: A crescent-shaped scar on his right shoulder, left after experimenting with his space continuum-ripping powers and accidentally almost slicing his arm off.
Clothing: Whatever is 'badass' enough. Tsuruki likes to expose his muscular chest, and thus is often seen in tightly-fitting tank tops, or with a completely unbuttoned shirt. He usually wears a pair of loose ripped jeans or something similar that allows him free movement and comfort while being good-looking at the same time. He wears a couple of dog-tags on a chain on his neck, along with several other chains with other 'cool' shenanigans, such as fangs. He likes to wear a short, high-collared leather jacket with a pair of wings, embroidered at the back, along with studded belts and boots. What he dislikes is being forced to wear a hat - he spends a lot of time taking care of his hair, and thus sees hats as a waste. It, however, isn't unusual for him to wear a scarf or several leather or chain wristbands.

Personality
A crazy, rude, violence-obsessed psycho, Tsuruki doesn't put a hand before his mouth when he speaks, and he is rather easy to upset, too. He's the most foul-mouthed, arrogant brat you'll meet - and will let you know that he thinks little of you on the first occasion. He considers himself the best, and the rest, the 'trash', is not worth his time, compassion, or mercy, and serves merely as a toy to him. Despite his relaxed, almost careless attitude in casual situations, he is blunt, sarcastic and quite sadistic, revealing a psychotic grin or laughing maniacally whenever he becomes excited.
He loves adrenaline and is most likely addicted on it big-time. He hardly goes a day without training or a fight, be it a casual spar, an argument, or a real fight, as he has a constant need to prove that he is 'the best' and his strength surpasses all. It is actually just a way to mask and push away his insecurities - as the second (actually third) child, he feels as less prized and appreciated than his sisters.
He is rebellious, and the only person he will take orders from is Marake and Arimus.
What he likes he takes, and he doesn't have any kind of manners, swears a lot, and doesn't care about other people's opinion about him much. He cares about strength and prowess the most.
While having much of an act-before-you-think mentality, he has a kind of a feral, instinctive cunning in battle, and in a fight is usually much more intelligent than in reality (where he's more of a harsh, reckless brat).
He also has a brutal, impulsive, and excessively violent personality alongside a very, very short and deadly temper. He displays little respect for authority (except for Arimus, though he most likely fakes that) and says whatever is on his mind, regardless of whether or not it is appropriate, and is willing to fight his way out with fists and fangs if necessary. However, he does have some form of a code of honor, as he refuses to fight gravely injured opponents, and will repay a favor if one is done to him, although it would be outright foolish to expect any favors out of him.

Skills and combat abilities
Physical: Sharp reflexes allow him to react quickly, and his also quite extraordinary senses also contribute to his deadly quick responses in combat. His strength and speed is, due to both training and scientific enhancements, increased, and he is well skilled in martial arts, acrobatic, and capable of using his strength to good purposes.
He has a good skill with various weapons, but most of all he loves chainsaws, cleavers, and large guns, due to the massive damage they cause - after which follow his own fists, which are a pretty good weapon, too, especially with steel knuckles. He loves to combine his vortex-creating ability for surprise strikes - when he swings a huge sword at you, it might well come at you from the other side. He has a tendency to cause a huge carnage wherever he fights.
Magic: Space continuum vortexes. He is capable of creating and sustaining wormhole-like rips in the space continuum, and teleport objects using those, even himself. However, once a vortex closes, anything caught within it will be sliced in two (that is what almost happened to his arm). He can open a hole up to twenty square meters large. These vortexes can be kept up about an hour long at most, and after that they simply collapse and close, however, they need his concentration and mind-control to be kept up.
His defensive ability is simply his highly-increased endurance. He is extremely difficult to cut, and unless a part of his body is completely disintegrated after being cut off, he can retain it, even connect severed nerves. He can partially regrow muscle, skin, and bone tissue even after large damage done to his body, and is particularly difficult to incapacitate or kill.

Backstory
Childhood: As the second child (or third, taking into account that he was preceded by his twin sisters), Tsuruki always felt somehow neglected by his parents, even though being gifted with powers similarly precious and strong as Mirike's and Marake's (before the later's were enhanced). However, he never felt being appreciated enough, as if he was standing in their shadow. Thus, he grew up as a child full of hatred, unfeeling and rough.
Teenage years: Tsuruki grew up to be a rebellious teen that liked to slam the door of his room. The only person he genuinely obeyed was Arimus, and that was only because he was afraid of him. Very afraid. However, that didn't stop him from exploring his vortexes, and experimenting with them (and large weapons). During an argument with one of his siblings, he attempted to reach into his room using a vortex, however could not maintain it for long enough, and ended up nearly slicing it off. That upset him largely, as he felt like the laughing stock of everyone around, and made him train even more.
Adulthood: The only difference between his teenage and adult life was in the number of cigarettes smoked and bottles of booze emptied (which grew by a moderately large figure, taking into account how much Tsuruki likes to party). He discovered an interest in technology and started designing his own, rather expensive and rather effective weapons, and continued in his training, striving to become 'the top' fighter of the whole clan.
