Personality
Being completely soulless, Shei has a pretty suspicious looking personality if he doesn't fake one. Boring, complacent, unfeeling and downright careless, he's the kind of guy who you threaten with civilians, and he straight up kills them before you can. Fearless, reckless and completely emotionless, most law enforcement agencies see him and try and shoot on sight.

He does feign personality for his civilian cover through, pretending to be a naïve, rather shy man, who has a habit of being clumsy. He pretends to be kind and caring though, as he has found this tends to get him more leverage over police forces when he threatens his "friends".

He does have one quirk, which involves the "price" he pays every time he uses his powers, which is to whistle the melody to "Hall Of The Mountain King" four times.

Magic/Abilities
Electrogenesis - He can generate electric currents in conductive objects that he is touching, meaning he can make his touch completely lethal, or even the cable-wire he uses.

Air Ionisation - He can ionise particles in the air, allowing him to send forth a bolt of lightning from his palm.

Kunai-Daggers - Shei wields two of these daggers, made completely of metal, and can attach them to his cable-wires.

Cable-wires - He has two ultra-high tensile cable wires, that can support something three times Shei's own weight, with clips on the ends to allow for secure attachments. He can use them as grapples, swing lines, and nooses, as well as for creating roped kunai from his daggers.

Relationships
Arimus Velorak - Distant Ancestor

History
Born to a single mother, he was considered a miracle pregnancy, but his mother was soon killed by the side effects of an illness she was suffering.

Arimus, their ancestor, took over raising Shei, training him in self-defence, and hiding him aboard the Adachi Home-Ship, the Shiroisakura.

There, Shei took an interest in combat and assassination, training himself as a master assassin, while still hidden aboard the ship. One day, a servant, faithfully serving under Arimus, mistook the boy for a ghost, and tried to send him on to the spirit world, separating his soul from his body, rendering him completely soulless.

Eventually Shei killed a target aboard the Adachi ship, leaving suspicions of a stowaway onboard, and rumours that a violent ghost had begun haunting the ship.
