Physical Description
Growing up in the lower caste did one positive thing for Luna, had her body long lean and toned far before she was drafted. She isn't very curvy, just enough to make her look feminine. Her skin only has a slight tan, still being very much porcelain colored. Her hair is a rich golden blonde and is cut choppy just above her shoulders. She has rich hazel eyes that seem to warm and harden with her mood. As far as body modifications, she has an industrial bar in her left ear.
Personality
Luna is a bit cocky and impulsive. She is rather loud and can be a bit obnoxious especially when drinking. She is completely confident in her abilities, and rather proud of them and her refined skill with bother her Illumokinesis and Empathy abilities. On the outside she almost always appears completely collected and calm, it is rare to see her angry or sad, showing appearances can be deceiving. That is when she is around people though.
When alone she is much different, alone she loathes her abilities, seeing them as weak, side kick abilities.
Magic/Abilities
Illumokinesis- A power that Luna doesn't like much, she would much prefer to trade it for something that was more useful in combat though it does come in handy if she forgets to trim her hair.
Empathy- Luna's other power that she isn't satisfied with, though she is incredibly skilled with this ability, having honed it down to something that is completely second nature and doesn't require thought.
Telepathy- Not the strongest with the her telepathy, Luna can only hear surface thoughts of people around her if their thoughts are not shielded. She is very good at shielding her own mind though.

History
From a young age Amber knew that Luna had abilities so at the age of thirteen Amber handed her daughter over to the Pilot Candidate Program, hoping to give her daughter a better life, a more fulfilling life.
While some of the students struggled with the physical part of being a Candidate, Luna thrived, especially considering she didn't receive much of the harsh bullying that most of the other level 1 and 2 candidates received, all thanks to her empathy abilities. It was the schooling that proved to be Luna's hardest obstacle. She was street smart and physically adapt, but she was never the intellectual, she had never had to be, never had the chance when she was younger.
Still, with the drive she had received from her mother at a young age she pushed on through the schooling, passing the team work with not nearly as much difficulty as the schooling and to the psionic training.
She needed little to no training with her Empathy, she had all but mastered it in the first two levels of candidacy to avoid bullying. It was her Illumokinesis that needed the most honing, the most work. Her mentor was patient with her though, knowing they both shared a rather rare gift that many saw as something that could be incredibly useful, a gift that many wouldn't want to me trimmed if it could be helped. In time Luna mastered her ability though she wished she had been given another gift instead.
The fifth level was the longest, it took a while for a dragon to accept her, to bond with her, though in the end she was glad she waited, finding that the wait was worth the while.
