Physical Description:

Reinas stands at a height of 5’8”, an average for most Aedolian females her age. He is quite fair-skinned compared to other Aedolian citizens. She originally had deep brown eyes until she had it changed in the Citadel when she was an Echo. Though she is 33 years old, her looks still remain the same as when she was in her mid-twenties thanks to the leading cosmetic engineering Aedolis has to offer.She values her looks well, preferring to look formal all the time even when off duty. She maintains a stern and cold look to whomever she is talking to making her quite intimidating. Her pitch-black hair is often combed well to the side leaving no strand to fall out of place. She maintains a professional poise all the time in whatever she does.

Personality:

Reinas is stern and cold. She is well opinioned and maintains a calm disposition at times, which can make her daunting to most pilots in her ranks and below. She was deemed as prodigy of her own making and achievements. Her professional etiquette and success makes her respected both on and off duty.

Her mannerisms and interaction with most people are professional and straightforward. She never likes it when someone ‘beats around the bush’. Her quick and smart approaches in her Pilot Career has earned her the respect of most Pilots. Organized and well prepared she was a common part of investigations division and the anti-terrorism division of the Citadel in her early years as a pilot.

She is not very social, though small talks are fine with her. She never has time for catch-ups as she is often needed at the Seeker Division as a Director. Even off-duty, she is observed doing work.

She treats Pilots with all equal respect, considerations and expectations. All Pilots under her tutelage may be exposed to very hard tasks but she justifies it that there is no other way to sugar-coat being part of the Seeker and Inquiry divisions and that advancing into a Pilot will not mean that their mission will get any easier.

She is not as physically aggressive as her younger brother Renilius but her determination in strategizing a battle surprisingly gives her a leading edge over most Pilots.

Magic/Abilities:

Psionic Abilities:
-Heightened Telepathy and Telekinesis: Reinas’ psionic and mental abilities far surpass her age and her rank. Unlike other powerful Psionics, she has complete control over her powers. She is often seen using these powers all the time floating documents around her is a common sight, but this feat is not even comparable to the extent of her powers.

-Heightened Illumokinesis and Empathy: Reinas is very well experienced in using this power, using it often as means of combat. Her Pilot superiors were impressed with her control and talent in casting illusions, as she is able to manipulate the all the targets’ senses with her illusions. She becomes a formidable opponent when her illumokinesis is couple with her ability of Empathy, which allows her to identify emotional weaknesses of her adversaries. Her Empathy also allows her to sort out colleagues she can trust and those she has to keep an eye out for. Due to these abilities of hers, the government has put her in a tight surveillance. She is very well aware of this situation she is in though her opinion on it is currently unknown.

-Sword fighting: Though physical warfare is not Reinas’ cup of tea, she should not be underestimated with a sword in her hand. Her rapier, Geldier is a powerful tool for cutting and skewering foes with an intense burning sensation. Geldier is custom-made for Reinas. A very lightweight rapier infused with fire magic. Her unforgiving offense often comprises of using her illumokinesis with her rapier.

-Tactician: Reinas is well-versed in strategies and plans of attacks. This self-honed ability of hers makes her a valuable asset in the Seeker Division, particularly in apprehending Gospels and members of The Initiative.



Relationships:

-Renilius Blackliss (BIOLOGICAL BROTHER): Reinas is ten years older than Renilius, making them distant siblings up until her brother was put into the Pilot Program. Reinas has always been superior to her brother, especially in their levels as a psychic and career. She has helped enter and secure Renilius' pilot career and is well informed on all his data and records. She cares well for her brother even before she has moved out of their parent's home to pursue a pilot career. However, she is reluctant to show others and to her brother her concern for him. She remains objective in all her discussions with him, keeping their relationship more on the professional side since his entrance into the pilot program. Though aware of their significant differences, she is sure that Renilius is capable of being a respected Pilot like her.

-Elemor (DRAGON): Elemor selected Reinas during her Graduation. Elemor is a part inorganic dragon. Her tail and forelegs made of heat, pressure, and chemical resistant alloys. She stands often with all fours on the ground, giving her a height of 6’7”. Elemor’s scales are of a lustrous green. Three curved ivory horns sprout back from the left and right side of her head. Elemor’s eyes are golden in color and are luminescent and night. She has a wingspan of 16 feet and her length from head to tail is 14 feet.

Elemor has since then formed a trustful relationship with her Pilot, Reinas. Though most of Reinas’ achievements were earned through her own merit Elemor was like Reinas’ advisor who has helped her in their missions significantly. Reinas in return respects her Dragon very well as she is aware of the true relationships of dragons with humans.

History:

Reinas was born in Haviah from two wealthy Aedolian citizens. Her father is a psychic yet was not put into the Pilot Program. Her mother never developed any psionic abilities. She is older than her brother Renilius,  a current Stage 5 Candidate. Reinas was taken into the pilot training program at the age of 14, at that age her Psionic abilities were already commendable. Reinas was moved into the Citadel for her training where she excelled and graduated top of her batch, being selected by a Dragon named Elemor.

Her Pilot career is filled with achievements and awards for her commendable work and success in missions. These were all she needed to secure her position as a trusted Pilot Royal. However, she has only been a Pilot Royal for less than a year.

On days off she and her brother would visit their parents back at Haviah. This probably where one would see Reinas at her most relaxed state, though being at Haviah does not exempt her from her work as a Pilot.
