Physical Description Eileen is petite and perhaps underdeveloped, with a wiry little frame and narrow hips. Her hair grows naturally white as snow and she wears it cropped short, entirely for the joy of feeling the wind. Eileen's big, bright blue eyes have a sort of sad, droopy lilt in the corners no matter WHAT she does.
Personality Eileen is a girl with boundless perky zest and a friendly word for everyone, the kind of girl who was raised to make everyone feel bigger by making herself seem smaller. The girl might seem like she has not a care in the world, like she is simple in the head, and worse, deaf. The curse of being a 'big girl', I fear.
A great deal of complicated goes into this kind of simple. Really, she is highly insecure and sensitive, who wants more than anything to be accepted and loved, who will do anything she can to gain that attention. Only... She is frightened of breaking rules or being disliked. She thinks too much about what people say and takes it to heart - she has just gotten relatively good at hiding this.

Eileen has a benign minor mutation - her hair is white, for one thing, but her frame is also a result of this, and her arms and legs are just a tiny bit longer than average. It appears to be a static mutation, inexplicable and harmless.

Her parents - her Dad is a designer of vehicles, and her Mom is an escort.
Eileen has a little brother who is practically attached to her by a tether. She also has an older sister who designs clothes and a psychic older brother currently in the military as a pilot candidate - whom she idolizes and talks to as much as she can.
