What do you mean by unnecessary journey? And what counts as accompanied? A pilot, just another body, any military grunt I can find around?

If you're not going to your room, the mess hall, lessons, meetings with me or meetings with Intram in your case Nika then it's unnessecary. The only exception is if another pilot summons you which is unlikely.

And by accompanied I mean anyone, just as long as it isn't a complete stranger
