Physical Description
Most often seen in public in his ""human"" form, Ouji doesn't look too different from the average person; his skin is a pale milky white, and what scales that do show on his cheekbones, outer thighs, and lower back, tend to be a pale icy blue-white that almost perfectly blend in to his flesh. His eyes are a stunning and vibrant frost blue, chilling to look in and usually utterly devoid of sympathy.

When at home or sometimes in his office late at night, Ouji will let himself relax with a much more natural form, most easily compared to the traditional description of a lamia: "human" torso with a rather slender and graceful snake lower half, and a long tail that likes to curl around whatever happens to be nearby.

His scaled "hair" never grew too long and tend to look short, light and fluffy where they rest on his head and frame his face.

Personality
Ouji is a snake in personality as much as he is physically. As one who doesn't talk much, he seems polite, reserved, and sometimes he can be mistaken for shy and introverted, all of which are false assumptions. Once you get to know him you quickly learn his mischievous side; he wishes only for others' downfalls, and he will figure out ways to use, take advantage of and manipulate you into selling your soul to the devil for his own enjoyment. He won't say he's sadistic because that sounds too barbaric. He's much more refined and clever than that. He'll trick you into digging your own grave, hopping in and locking your own casket, all with a rather becoming smirk on his face.

While he wouldn't be described as vain, he is keenly aware of his pretty looks and is more than okay with using them whenever applicable to get what he wants. Though this also means that he can be shockingly cute when he's out of his element, confused or curious., and as someone who needs to know all the things he's curious far more often than he realizes.

Because he's a snake with ice magic, he is cold all the time and requires a constant availble heat source, much to his chagrin.

Magic/Abilities
Cryokenisis-
Ouji's powers are those involving ice, to a frightening degree. He's able to create ice from thin air, freeze water, and create temperature shifts in the air to start temporary snow storms. He can coat an entire room in ice in seconds, and is able to quickly make ice spears and javelins, his preferred weapons, in the blink of an eye.

Telepathy-
His telepathy is above average, with a kind of sharp clarity to his voice in others' heads not often seen in Pilots, and a vast communication range.

Relationships
Namine- Ouji's dragon, a slender snake-like dragon whose entire skull, spine and wings are cybernetic. She's so much like him it's scary.

Yi Zhou- Ouji's black bagger and also convenient portable space heater when they need to go somewhere together.

History
Ouji was born in Samariel to two snek parents in a clutch of around 9, meaning he has 8 siblings who are all just as snide, wicked and pale as he roaming around somewhere in Aedolis. Something something, he was found to have psychic powers to no one's surprise, and entered Candidacy at age 10, which honestly probably didn't help how messed up he was to begin with and just made him infinitely worse.
